They deserve no stars. Ordered a pair of timberlands from the store which are not cheap! Got them home to realise the fabric on one of the shoes was damaged and the shoe was from the shelf as there were creases at the top. I went back to the store who said they would send some new ones out. New ones arrived and they were the SAME ones I’d taken back!! They just tried to pull out the creases. (I know they were same as I changed how laces were set aswell as the damage) I emailed customer complains who said they were from a different store. Liars! It then took two weeks to get a refund. Joke of a company, will never be shopping there again and I advise others to AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! will be making trading standards aware.

Absolutely shocking! Ordered a pair of Converse trainers for my Grandaughter - no active tracking! Through no fault of my own they sent two pairs - which I informed them of. I received no response, so they have still been in my home untouched. I then received a letter from Leanne Forbes, threating me with a Debt Collection Agency? Hilarious really, I didn't steal them, they were just sent to me! I have spoken to a Manager who has now resolved this, mainly because I emphasised I do not accept a Debt Collector at my Property, which I have owned for 35yrs, due to their incompetence and the attitude of their staff! Schuh are the most incompetent Company I have dealt with in my line of work in Consumer Resolution & also a Business Owner. Converse Products are the same price direct through Converse website. Buy direct from them.

Delivery issues compounded by customer service who gave false hope and then worse, acted as though the customer was trying to get something for nothing. If a parcel has not arrived, customer service should not tell a worried caller that the parcel is in the van and will arrive imminently. That means one waits, watches, checks and changes plans to ensure a package is not missed. In this case, nothing happened then, nor in the next four days. The end result was to cancel the order and go to another provider who managed to deliver the goods before Schuh had even responded to the latest email. Whilst the money was refunded eventually, companies all need to realise that genuine customers simply want to buy good quality goods for a fair price. Not all customers are out to get something for nothing. The clue is in the word customer - one who comes back. I for one will never go back there.

Terrible customer received recently by this company who I have many times. Hounded whilst lying ill with covid and threatened with a debt collecting agency when they sent me a replacement pair of child's shoes for the ones that were ruined by their choice courier! The shoes are unfit for use. Paid twice and completely finished with them. I will never use this company again!! Disgusted!!

Tried to order today. Online then by phone. 3 different cards "declined," Banks assured my me cards were OK and SCHUH system at fault. 2 different call workers inferred it was my cards and bank at fault and wouldn't listen at all. 1st and last attempt to buy online from Schuh

While ordering a pair of converse, I was putting in my address as anyone does while shopping and it automatically changed itself to be shipped to my local school instead of my house! I then emailed to have this changed the day I ordered the shoes and they emailed me back the next day saying that they had already been despatched and said they couldn’t fix it! I am outraged

Firstly in store at Inverness, service was very good. Unfortunately didn't have the correct Van trainers in my sons size so they ordered them online for me. Asked if I wanted to sign up to receive a £5 discount, no brainer. After trying my email, realised I must have previously signed up they still gave me the discount!! Trainers arrived the next day to the house, free delivery(also free to return label enclosed in box which wasn't needed) All in all cannot recommended Schuh highly enough, excellent stuff.

A solid, well deserved five stars..I was looking for some converse at last minute as a birthday present.. tried the horrendous JD sports whom tried to sell me a pair off display ones shoved in an undersized box under the pretence they were new … I found a schuh a few miles away (Teesside retail park) and rang them to see if they had any..the contrast couldn’t be any starker.. very very helpful staff, both on the phone and instore... and they had a much better pair in stock which were a damn sight cheaper and they even give me blue light discount… The shoes were packed in a very nice way .. Can’t recommend them enough.. Thanks Schuh

An absolute disgrace of a service. Spent €240 on a pair of Sinclair Dr Marten boots, when they arrived the boots were two different sizes! Rang straight away and was told a replacement pair would be sent. So I sent back the incorrect sized boots. The next pair arrived, (late, I might add)and they were two completely different boots, one was a Sinclair and one was a regular dr marten. No response from customer service and when we finally got through to the local cork city branch we were told tough luck, none in stock so we could get a refund or store credit. Absolute disgrace of a service!!

Ordered some trainers for my niece, via the online store. Great price & superfast delivery. It was refreshing that Free & Fast Delivery also applied to Northern Ireland . Will absolutely be ordering again.....

Purchased shoes instore to find that one shoe was damaged upon return home. Spoke with online customer services who suggested this was simply 'the style of the material'. They offer NHS staff a discount but insult our intelligence when we have a query. Avoid at all costs.

Purchased 2 pairs of leather converse, both significantly less quality than previous pairs. Ive worn converse for years bought all over the world without issue...well till the unfortunate purchase. I feel both fake. Worn both no more than 6 times, heel worn, soft soles, sole pattern is off. I did contact shuh without much help. I feel that someone’s sent back and not been checked before being resold. So will never buy from this company. Since purchased elsewhere and surprisingly no issues. Be careful & check everything.

Ordered in store and advised next day delivery due to them being out of stock. Ok great THINK AGAIN. Received a txt to say my trainers had been delivered to my neighbour as I wasn’t in. I was in! Contacted my neighbour who had not received any package. Contacted schuh who advised they would look in to it and email me. No email so contacted them again. My parcel had been delivered to the wrong address could I go and get it myself. If this is the service they provide where you have to go to a random address to get your parcel that they are meant to deliver then there is something seriously wrong with your trading standards. Communication has been terrible. Do they care NO. They have my money and I have no goods. I do believe they are breaking the law and wavering the consumers rights to their own profit. This has still not been resolved.

Ordered myself a couple of pair of shoes along with a Christmas gift. My shoes arrived in a seperate package without the pair to be gifted. Spoke with Schuh via live chat and they explained it was being delivered seperately the following day, ok... Next day I get an email from Schuh confirming my item has been returned to them and I've been refunded. I go back on the live chat asking why my item has been returned! They put all of the blame on the courier saying it wasn't 'handled properly' but they also can't offer next day delivery on those shoes if I were to re-order now, but they could offer it on other styles?! (How does that make a difference, if you can ship one next day surely you can ship any of them?!) So they now can't get the shoes to me before Christmas - told them not to bother and ordered elsewhere but because of the delays caused by Schuh had to pay extra for shipping to ensure they arrive before Christmas! Not the usual good service I've had from Schuh in the past, will certainly think twice before ordering from them again - service is clearly going downhill. Very poor.
