Nov 12,2024I went thru bankruptcy and it came off or ended 2 years ago December. Because that is on my record it is almost impossible to get a decent credit card. Care Credit was tied into my Bankruptcy and I reapplied and they turned me down. Veterinarian offices demand payment upon service and I can't figure out why. They also don't have a lot of financing options. SO. I remembered they told me about 3 years ago they accept scratch pay. I didn't really think I'd get approved! I am also so very glad I was able to get the amount I asked for. The application process was super easy, no interest if I pay it off in 6 months. AND THEN, two days later I had to ask for more and was approved again.

Nov 12,2024When i found out that my dog was going to have to have a toe amputated i had no idea what i was going to do. Scratchpay saved me some peace of mind and having no interest while i saved money to be able to pay it off early was a huge help for me. 10/10 would use again if i need to!

Nov 11,2024The scratchpay plan was a great way to pay for my dogs vet bills. As of 11/10/24. the account is paid in full Making the monthly payments was never a problem, however, being told that I had insufficient funds in my account was never true and I didn't appreciate how scratchpay so adamantly refused to believe otherwise. Needless to say that I won't be using this service EVER again for that reason.

Nov 09,2024I picked up a Scratch flyer at the vet's office when I was told my rescue cats would need to have surgery. The application process was smooth, any questions I had were answered. Both bills at once was overwhelming but Scratch was very easy to work with, new for the vet's clinic and I didn't hear any complaints from them. If the clinic was happy, that satisfied my expectations. Payments to Scratch were very easy. The 6 month interest free was amazing, saved me $. My cats are healthy. There's no way I could have scheduled both cats in July, but I am a teacher, and Scratch made having both surgeries possible in the summer!

Nov 09,2024Trying to pay this for a week and the system would not allow me to pay with either my bank account or credit card. I received daily texts and emails about the balance due. Contacted support and still could not make payments. Finally added my debit card and surprise! It worked. Same debit card attached to my bank account that would not process. Next time I will just use my credit card directly. Way too much work to use this.

Nov 08,2024When my Baby needed a CT scan for them to allow me to start chemo treatment scratchpay was able to grant me the $2000 I needed after answering some questions and putting in my information. I’m paying it off at the 6 month mark so no interest!! Highly recommended if you are in a bind and need the money for you animal fast. You have to put down the location where the money will be sent they don’t put it into your account so you only get charged what the Vet charges you. They helped me and my girl a lot when I didn’t know what we were going to do.

Nov 07,2024Applying was easy, as was making payments. I hated the option not being able to change auto pay amount. Be sure to change recommend amount on payments. If you don't it will CHARGE YOU INTEREST FEES! Personally I prefer Care Credit better but the emergency vet we used didn't accept it.

Nov 13,2024I never heard of Scratchpay before, I have always used Care Credit for my pets vet bills but my kitty needed a life saving surgery that was very expensive but I just had to try to help him, I am fortunate that the Veterinary Hospital accepted Scratchpay, I decided to try it and I applied two days before the surgery was scheduled and I was approved immediately. Scratchpay took care of everything for me during such a difficult time. My kitty is happy and healthy now and we are both so very grateful.
