Mar 03,2025Had a great experience. No problem getting the help I needed. Only issue was trying add a new payment method. You have to go on your laptop or desktop computer to do that. No big issue and I would highly recommend ScratchPay to others.

Mar 01,2025Very predatory. My husband asked for a $4K loan and was given $5K (we did not want 5). You get 6 months interest free if you set up autopay upon signing up, but it set you up for 12 month repayment without being clear about it. If you don't double check it you will not repay the loan back in time and be hit with interest fees. You also cannot adjust the payment schedule, so now we have to go in manually every month to pay off more to make sure we don't hit the 6 month mark. It is one thing to have fine print but a whole other to trick someone into owing interest due to your autopayment schedule which sets people up to fail.

Our veterinary clinic suggested Scratchpay so, we applied. I am so happy we did. It enabled us to get all the services and care we needed for our dog and really put our minds at ease. They are so easy to work with and offer different options to pay off the amount you need with as little to no interest, based on your circumstances. So thankful for the assistance at a time in our lives that was so difficult to navigate. Thank you for your support and assistance. Our family is forever grateful.

Feb 27,2025Easy to use the app, gives people the option to pay off either monthly or however much they want whenever. Found it really helpful to use Scratchpay so that I didn’t have to pay a large lump sum of money for my dog’s procedure all at once. Interest does accumulate every day, but I believe there is a zero interest promotion if the loan is paid off within 6 months.

Not sure what specific date (this review system asks), but I’ve held a total of 6 small loans $643 being largest and only 4 loans I am still paying on.

Mar 04,2025I was quickly approved for enough to cover my dogs emergency medical visit. Had several months to pay off loan with no interest. However, if you don't pay off loan in the scheduled time frame, you'll be charged for all interest. They do tell you how long you have to pay it off.
