Sep 07,2024Scratchpay literally saved my dog's life. She was rushed to the ER and needed emergency surgery that cost about $8,000. I easily applied and was approved for a scratchpay plan, this was my last resort. The loan literally saved my dog's life because I could not afford the surgery upfront and the alternative to surgery was, well....let's just say she's here because of scratchpay. The interest is very high at 26.90% but I will pay the loan off very fast as I also have pet insurance and once payment is received I will pay the loan off early. So so thankful for scratchpay.

Sep 07,2024My cat needed emergency dental surgery. a friend told me about Scratchplan. i just paid off my balance before the deadline "promotional period" (within 6 months) and I paid ZERO INTEREST! * I think? * 4 stars because I just read all the 1-star reviews. I need to go see if I was charged interest. now I am not sure.

Sep 05,2024The experience is great because they have live agents to assist you. This is a great option if you can meet their promotions with no interest to pay off before the deadline. Etc. The Internet platform has a few kinks to it but their online service reps are always helpful and patient to help. I appreciate this a lot.

The payment plans are affordable and you can pay conveniently online. I had questions for the customer service representative and they are real people who answered, and were very helpful. Sep 03,2024DISHONEST, TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY. THERE is NO 6MONTHS ZERO INTEREST PLAN. THEY FORCED A 12MONTH PLAN UPON ME WITH 32.9 PERCENT INTEREST- CUSTOMER SERVICE TOTAL SHAMELESS IN THEIR ANSWERS. FEDERAL AGENCIES SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS SCAM/CON COMPANY AND STOP THEM FROM CHEATING UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS. VERY BAD COMPANY.

It was relieving to know, considering the 29.9% APR, that I could pay it off, interest free, after 6 months. I did not take advantage of that promotion but am paying it off two months early saving about $11 in interest.
