Apr 12,2024It's a scam, the whole experience was a scam. don't get animals unless you have thousands of dollars to spend on vet care. I had to pay it off all at once or be charged interest. The monthly payment wouldn't of paid it off on time. If I paid small payments I'm charged $2.50 per payment, so I had to pay it off all at once, or be charged interest even though I had an auto payment setup.

Apr 10,2024Overall I like using Scratch Pay for vet bills. I have 3 pups and it can get expensive. However, I was disappointed when my request for a plan was denied, due to a slight drop in my credit score. It didn't count that I had never missed a Scratch Pay payment.

Apr 10,2024The ease of making payments to my plan is the best that I've seen. The funding was needed to pay for a hospital visit for a very sick kitten. Sadly, the kitten had to be euthanized, but Scratch Pay was there to help me pay for the services rendered at the hospital.
