Jun 07,2024I don't give 5/5, but Scratchpay was there for my family, when we had no further options but to euthanize our dog. When finances got tricky around the holidays, I was able to speak with an actual human, who helped avoid late fees, with no hassle! The account management was very user-friendly, and simple to navigate. While I hope to never be in this sort of situation again, but I'm grateful a company like this exists.

Jun 07,2024My nieces dog had cancer and needed surgery asap. She got a quote from the vet and within 10 minutes of applying, which was very simple, I was approved. I only had to pay $15 up front and monthly payments. They paid the vet directly. I got monthly reminders so I never forgot, or you can set up auto pay. I would definitely recommend.

Jun 03,2024allowed us to split payments & not letting your system stop from auto pay the following month. i got hit with interest because the system didnt do auto payment of $15 last payment- i owed $73 something of interest just because the system didnt do auto payment on last month.

However, the inability to set reoccurring payments that could pay off by the no interest period is an unnecessary hurdle. We had to set external reminders to make sure we paid off in time.
