Nov 14,2022I had issues with my previous Insurance provider and as I already had 3 horses insured with SEIB, I contacted them to try and arrange cover for my horse, estimated age 27. They very quickly confirmed insurance could be provided and then talked me through the cover as well as obtaining the medical information for my mare. I was then able to pay the premium (they did give me an option to pay monthly by direct debit) and my mare was covered immediately. Those I spoke to were polite and very helpful and easily answered the questions I asked. Great service and I am happy with the product provided.
