Sep 03,2022I got a much better price for my car insurance than was quoted with my previous car insurer. This obviously was the main thing. The salesperson was friendly and helpful. There were a couple of admin glitches and these made me concerned about the overall trustworthiness of the service but on the whole the company felt ‘human’: I didn’t have to wait for hours to speak to a sales rep and did have a personal email address and phone number so I could build an ongoing relationship with him/her and follow up with questions that I had.
