So simple to set up online Absolutely straight forward, filled in my details and answered a few questions and I was insured ! So simple to do even from a mobile (which I did as I was viewing my new vehicle) - would highly recommend and great cover too

My initial enquiry and request for quote was dealt with very well, in a friendly, helpful, and polite manner. Also when a few days later I rang back to take out the insurance, again I was pleased with the service. However I was a little disappointed by the follow up service. When I took out the insurance I requested paper copies of the documents to be sent through the post. I only have a phone and sometimes it is difficult to read lengthy documents on this. I took out the insurance on 21/07/22 and to date (14/08/22) I have received no paper documentation. A copy of the vetting certificate was required by the insurance. Unfortunately my vet was late sending it to me, but when I received it on 09/08/22 I sent it straight to you as an attachment in an email. I was surprised two days later to receive an email saying the vetting certificate was still required, especially as the thread of emails clearly showed my email of 09/08/22! I pointed this out in another email and then received confirmation that the vetting certificate had been received. I found this a bit annoying and it did not inspire a lot of confidence in your admin, when they appeared to have contacted me about the vetting certificate without checking first! I was told that the vetting certificate had to go to the underwriters, presumably for their approval, and I am still awaiting confirmation that I have full cover (along with paper documents). It does make you feel that you don’t matter so much once you’ve paid your money!

I contacted a compare the market site for insurance for my horse trailer. I received a phone call within 10 minutes. By far the cheapest quote I found and ticked all the boxes. Would contact them first in future.

I needed insurance for my horse trailer and SEIB was recomended. They were quick to contact me following my initial request for quotation. Thomas was brilliant explaining everything to me and the documents were sent immediately. After reading through I became a little unsure regarding the policy and immediately sent an email to Thomas who responded quickly and reassured me. It is a comfort knowing my trailer is in good hands. I happily recommend this company.

My first time setting BFF up my business. Joanne Goodrich was fab. I was not miss lead facts all the way. She spoke in layman terms of my policy gave me my options with no misleading tactics. I’m now insured which I may add was my biggest fear.. thank you Jo.
