Feb 09,2022Unfortunately there was difficulty over return of the update form. I posted it and apparently it did not arrive at the office. I then scanned all the relevant pages and for some reason they could not be opened. I then photocopied my photocopy that I'd kept for my records, and posted it again, when eventually it was received. Otherwise everything was all right and the staff were helpful and polite when I rang them.

Feb 09,2022When I requested a quote for my two horses to be insured, I was given a extremely high estimate and when I tried to negotiate a better figure I was told that there was no movement on the figure. I have been with SEIB for a while along with my lorry insurance, so I would have thought there would have been some room for a discount as I am a loyal customer.
