Feb 03,2022I have been a customer of yours for over ten years. I contacted you to ask for an additional quote for a second policy, but you didn't have anyone available to speak to me at the time. I arranged for someone to call me after 16.00hrs the following day.....No one called. I called back the following day, and gave your colleague who answered the phone my details, he could find no record of the previous days call and dealt with me as a new customer. I was disappointed with the seemingly fait au complis, take it or leave it approach he took. I did take out the policy, but will shop around in future...

Feb 03,2022I have found them helpful and efficient. Our lorry had a blow out after travelling for four hours and just a few miles from the showground. I have breakdown cover and SEIB contacted someone to come and renew the tyre. We paid £600. While speaking to a member of the admin staff a few days later, she queried the amount and we had a refund. I hadn't complained but I was looked after as part of the service. Many thanks.
