However, when I have ever phoned re advice , changes or whatever, I have had a friendly , easy to talk to person, who does not rush me, explains everything clearly. They seem genuinely keen to make sure I understand everything I am getting with my insurance and happy to discuss any requirements or anything I am not sure of. I really feel , I can phone anytime for advice. In this time, when most things seem complicated, I feel SEIB offer a very clear form of insurance and I am very happy with their service.
