Unlike some of their competitors they do not try and attract you with e-mailed initial offers that they have no intention of ultimately paying. I was very impressed that they contacted me the morning after the sale to check that payment had been made into my bank account. Great service I would not hesitate to recommend.

The valuation of my car was decent and on par with other sites, the valuation was almost instant when adding a few details online. They followed up with a courtesy call and booked me in for appointment for the next day at a local site. My car was inspected and test driven and after a few adjustments we agreed on a price. The sales assistant, mark williams was very professional and completed the purchase of my vehicle.
