Mar 15,2025I’ve been trying to sell my car for a week now I went to WBAC and they first offered me a price I called them and they told me to pop down with the car, which I did they knocked quite allot off as they have silly fees for even transferring money into my account they wanted hundreds which put me off, I then did a google search of car buyers in Wolverhampton and found your company I entered my details in then didn’t book as I thought it will like WBAC the following day I had a phone call from Sam I think his name was I explained to him that I might need to go away for the weekend, he explained the process to me and told me to come in for a chat on Wednesday, my job finished early then I expected so I rang the Wolverhampton branch and spoke to Sam again I told him I finished work and he rang and got me booked in. Half and hour later Joe phoned me and told me to come in as he had a cancellation I wasn’t expecting to sell my car I took all my documents and went in, Joe introduced himself and explained the process to me he took the car for a drive and a inspection, the price was slightly lower but he found a fault which I wasn’t aware of and explained why he had to put the price down a bit which was totally understandable as the dealer missold me that car without telling me about this. We sat down and came to a price and happy days I just sold my car did all the paperwork and Joe arranged to transfer money into my account, 2hrs later it was in. Overall I was happy dealing with Joe he was very professional and has good communication skills I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Sam and Joe to anyone thanks Again

They provided a very fair evaluation, slightly less than i was hopping for but the reasons for the price were explained clearly and openly. Both gents were very friendly and made the whole process a breeze. One less headache to deal with is always welcome and they definitely made the hassle of selling a car very straight forward. I received my £50 cash back same day and would definitely recommend them to friends or family. Thank you, finding an easy and fair service in the motor trade is difficult these days and these gents definitely deserve the credit.

Mar 11,2025Easy process to sell car with Mark @ Stratford branch. Adjustments to original quote were explained but didn’t come as a surprise due to noise my brakes were making. I still received a respectable offer and the whole process was simple and prompt. Mark was very helpful. Money for the car was in my bank later that day.
