Mar 19,2025I received a good valuation online and although this was reduced once SYC2J viewed the car, I was happy with the final figure (reduced due to damage on the bodywork). The process is quick and SYC2J handle all the paperwork abd payment is prompt. I have used SYC2J a few times and have always found them very good to deal with.

Mar 17,2025After going to one of their competitors who offered me a ridiculous price, I went to SYC2J at Touchwood Solihull. After an inspection by Graeme and new chap John, they provided me with a price explaining the reason for the reduction from the online estimate. Granted it was a little less than I would have liked but its was more realistic than what I'd had previously. From there on it was a smooth process to completion and all done and dusted in 45 minutes. The hardest part was getting into Touchwood in the first place.
