From the online valuation to receiving the money, the process was really easy. Valuation was a better price than their competitors, and there are no admin fees. Sam was really helpful and communicative. I would definitely be happy to use them again.

This was a very simple, straight forward way to sell my car, the initial offer was good, and after the inspection there were a few items that bought the value down slightly, but it was still very honest and reasonable. Graham also explained the process thoroughly, was very professional, and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend sell your car to jack.It saves having to deal with tyre kickers and time wasters, when selling privately.

Stress free and very easy process to sell my son’s car. Graeme did the final paperwork for us and Steve D the initial appointment and valuation. The chap that originally rang me was really quite argumentative but thankfully Steve Waldron that we met today was great. We were disappointed with how much money was knocked off based on the number if owners but overall the process was seamless and the referral bonus is a great idea

The staff made all the difference. I'd had to rearranged my appointment several times for personal reasons..Dan & Graham were patient kind and understanding. Sales price agreed money were in my bank the same day. satisfactory on all sides, would recommend and definately used them again.
