Feb 04,2025We had a very nice and pleasant experience selling our Mercedes C250 coupe yesterday at the Sutton Coldfield office Steve was very friendly and welcoming and our negotiations went very smoothly and we didn't take long to reach agreement This was in sharp contrast to some unpleasant experience we had in previous days with a large or 'massive' company which spends millions on bombastic TV adverts and offers a service that leaves a lot to be desired and proves to be a huge waste of time after luring you with unrealistic prices that never materialise or even come close.We have no hesitation in giving Steve a 5-star rating and have already used his referral card by passing over a recommendation to another member of our family who is calling over for an evaluation in the next few days

The original quote stood and we was in and out within half hour. We were made to feel comfortable, all points explained and money in the bank within a couple of hours. Couldn't fault

Feb 01,2025Our quote was £1012, we’ve had the car for years and it still drives well, we were initially offered £200 for scrap, and then £452. Disappointed- but I assume this is the model these services use to get you to take your car in. Salesman was very pleasant but firm with limited offer, due to a noise he heard when driving the car that we haven’t noticed. Salesman advised we would get worse offer with we buy any car, so we went ahead Money in bank same day.

Jan 30,2025It's always emotional when a car you've loved driving for 18 years has to go. It shouldn't be, but you can't help feeling that you'll miss your trusty heap of metal! Anyway, deciding that it *was* time to move on was made much easier by the initial enquiries and subsequent handover to Dan at SYC2J. He offered me more than the part exchange sum I had been offered, and much more than the nationally advertised brand leader (who had offered less than the price of a tank of unleaded). Money in my bank account less than two hours after handing over the keys. Give SYC2J a try... I can't fault the experience.
