The Clearance Zone is a family owned business trading from Hull, East Yorkshire. We have four stores across Yorkshire with over 50,000 sqft of showrooms for our customers to shop. Our stores are based in Hull, Bradford, Barnsley and Mexborough. We supply Sofas, Oak Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Dining Furniture and Garden Furniture in stores and online via our website.
Our huge range of Sofas are displayed in store and are generally available for immediate delivery. They are available in a wide range of colours and fabrics - all available at a fraction of the price vs major retailers. Our selection of clearance Oak Furniture is one of the largest in the region, all of which is available for immediate delivery. Its the same story across our Beds, Mattresses, Bedroom Furniture and Dining Furniture - the majority of items are available for immediate collection or delivery.

Apr 05,2025A couple of weeks ago I purchased a patio set from The Clearance Zone, Rotherham. Really straight forward and easy from the start, I’ve just taken delivery of it and the date was when I wanted it to be as the stock was available and despite no covers for my particular patio set being available another one was sorted that did the job. Delivery was spot on, I was given a two hour slot and they came in good time. The guys were friendly and very helpful, got it all in place and took away all the packaging. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Mar 30,2025Staff were so helpful and honest on how long the delivery would take. I live on the second floor of a mill which I assumed would be a bit of an issue. But the lads were so enthusiastic and didn't moan once! Would highly recommend this place some lovely furniture at a discount price!
