Finally I reached a supervisor by the name of Mary who straightened out my situation. She was kind and informative. I had been hung up on several times with people overseas. I had a supervisor who was supposed to call me back that I called twice and was told he would return my call. He did not. Terrible service with overseas Serbank. However, Mary is a keeper!
I was happy to not be put on hold for God knows how long. .They picked up within one minute, had my account in front of them and got my questions answered quickly.. wow, companies in the US can actually understand what customer service means....
Miss Bens was polite and professional. Listened to my question and answered my concern. Very good representation of Servbank.

Would be nice if able to set up autopay right away. I also got letters and e-mails and phone calls about the transfer but when I called back (8+ prompts for me when I returned a call), was told the loan was not yet transferred and so no way to pay or set up payments. I’m still not able to set up autopay days later (says waiting for payment made days ago to process).

Steven did a great job because I honestly had not been impressed since I have had little to no contact with my new mortgage lender. I appreciate the patience and help getting me to the right place to get my account set up.
I was originally with Serv bank when I purchased my house , they were awesome my loan has been sold back to them. I had some questions and both Saria and Rez answered all my questions and were great
I had the Pleasure Of speaking with Ram, I was confused because my loan recently got transferred over from somewhere else, and I was confused about a number of things. Ram Explained the reasons why I was confused, he Sent me a link to get me started, Walk me through what I would need to do, And my worries were put aside. Ramwas Knowledgeable and patient and looked up exactly what I needed to do ans have excellent service.
The associate who helped me on the phone with a payment processing challenge was efficient, polite, and very knowledgeable. I feel confident that he is addressing the problem with the online account and payment amount.
The customer service agent named "John" (which I'm guessing is the name given for all) was helpful, patient and forthcoming. My mortgage was transferred (i.e., bought) from CENLAR to Servbank, but neither one advised that the Aug payment wasn't being drafted and would have to be made manually. John handled the transactions to effect the payment quickly and smoothly. Many thanks.
All of my concerns/questions were answered with one representative, which was a relief as most places have you talk to two or more different people. I was very satisfied and comforted to know that with one phone call all loose ends were tied up. Thank you
My mortgage was recently transferred to servbank while I was in the middle of changing my homeowners insurance. Brianna (Insurance) and John (Escrow) were each so patient in listening and helping me understand what I needed to do to complete the process. Brianna helped me get the status on my insurance payment, as it had occurred in the middle of the change, and how to navigate Servbank once I changed my insurance. John was able to help me understand the effect on my escrow account and ease my concerns as to how it affected my mortgage payments. It was so good to be heard and respected. I am glad my mortgage servicing is now with servbank.
John was absolutely fantastic! He was so patient and kind to me when I had some questions about my escrow account. Highly recommend this mortgage company!
I have called Servbank and I asked a simple question I asked if I could come into there Oswego branch and give them a Cashiers check to pay off the Mortgage and this woman says to me we only do savings and checking here at this branch even thou this is the corporate headquarters. To me this makes no sense at all. I wanted to walk in a pay them that at least they would give me some kind of note or the original note that I signed for the home, MERS has to be somewhere in the system honestly I will never deal with these people again
At first contact was to ask for help with a February payment. They increased my payment for 3 months. After paying all my payments and regular mortgage payments, they have been charging me/ claiming I’m still behind a month!! How can that be? I’ve talked to so many different people and apparently I am still wrong. So since there is so extra income I paid the extra month they say I was behind. Because even though I keep asking what happened to those extra 3 payments ?? It should’ve put me back on track. I CANNOT wait till we can qualify for a refinance!! I Dislike this ServBank!!! They don’t know how to explain things and if you call for help? In the end they are worthless and I should have borrowed the money from someone. Will never call them again.. You are very wrong for what you have done!!!! Never again Maria and Joe
I’m concerned this isn’t a real company. I’ve had such a bad experience. Has anyone at all confirmed this is a legit company? Thank you. When I call in, there’s no one that has any information regarding my supposed mortgage that is now unknowingly held by ServBank. Your customer service line is to a foreign country and there’s is significant difficulty regarding language barrier.
The Representative was wonderful in serving my needs. He was very understanding and extremely professional. It was a pleasure doing business with him. He represented Servbank in a perfect way!
