I will say that the ladies I spoke with were very professional and helpful, BUT, I have had nothing but problems since my loan was changed from a different lender Servbank. At the time my husband passed away, the loan was with a different company and my name was is not on the loan. I was able to call that company anytime and find out information on the account. Servbank will not answer any questions on this loan because I’m not on the account, however, they have no problem cashing the checks that are in my name every month. I was told that paperwork would be sent to me to add myself to the loan, but never got it. I did receive a notice that they do not have proof of my insurance. I emailed my proof of insurance in the beginning of June and received confirmation that they did receive the documents. I get a letter in the mail just over a month later saying they have not received my proof of insurance and are going to purchase insurance for me and that will increase my monthly payment. I called today to straighten this out, but they cannot answer any of my questions. So I’m assuming they won’t accept the documents because I’m not on the loan. But again, they gave no problem cashing the checks that are in my name. I never had any problems with my other mortgage company. This is a ridiculous policy and I hope I receive paperwork this time so I can get this fixed.

My customer service rep was so thoughtful and sweet. She took down the info I had for her, and then asked me questions that were relevant to my situation. She then talked to me like a good friend would. She was understanding and kind. Not always something one experiences all the time. I appreciated her and her kindness. Thank you for hiring such wonderful people.

She answered my questions about my situation and explained how to access my account. When I asked her about information on the account, she gave me true facts and asked if I had any questions or concerns about my account. She was a pleasure to work with and to talk with her at your business. Please give her a “that a girl” award, she earned it from me. I don’t know who was the CSR, please tell her thank you from a new client.
It is seldom that you hear what is really being said if you don't put your two ears in and do twice as much listening as you do talking. Only then can you truly hear and track what another is explaining. Kay was the most patient representative i have ever dealt with. Resolved 90% of my issues in one call. When a lender gets it right you know they made an excellent choice hiring the person on the telephone who went above and beyond to HELP You!! A mortgage "problem" is one problem you don't ever want to find yourself in but because I have Servbank I had help. Thank you Mark O. for all of your professionalism, kindness and information.

What is the disaster in Texas 2024? July 8, 2024 at 5:37 a.m. Hurricane Beryl made landfall near Matagorda around 4 a.m. Monday as a Category 1 Hurricane, according to the National Hurricane Center. The storm strengthened through Sunday evening and had maximum sustained winds of 80 miles per hour when it came ashore. If I could give this bank a neg 0 I would. This bank has the most unprofessional ,unconcerned , no empathy having folks I have ever seen or heard from in my life!
This is the worst mortgage loan servicing company I have ever worked with in my 71 years and having several loans. They assumed my loan from another servicing company starting July '24. I paid them the due mortgage through "bill pay" at my bank (Wells Fargo). It was due 7/1/24. I paid it 6/28/24 so it could process. It posted to them 7/2/24 and was returned to me 7/5/24. I called them twice to find out why it was returned and then given new info to have my bank resend the payment on 7/5/24. I just called them again and the agent was incompetent. I got the run around for 36 minutes and then waited on the line (as they instruct) to take their survey. After 5 minutes, I hung up since clearly he was able to avoid the survey with me. I called back, again, and was told the new agent could not transfer me to a survey for him. So I was required to get info from my bank to prove I paid the mortgage so they could research why they returned the payment and to supply them with info for them to find out why I was having a problem. They are terrible customer service and clearly don't care about the customer experience or assistance.

I give the COMPANY a 3 star for how things are getting handled and sorted but the representatives— always so kind and patient. I called in today very upset but Maria handled it so well and took my frustration in stride. Got me exactly where I needed to go and I spoke with Priscilla on leadership who was also awesome.

Jul 27,2024I have tried for over two years to work with servbank on my husbands estate. There is no reason why, there is no person to contact just sending all the information back over and over again. No one will talk to me , but yet they want the payment every month on the loan. Who runs this company ? There is no reason a widow whos siganature is on the loan , one whos husband was a veteran and on a VA loan should be treated so poorly or anyone should be treated so poorly and costly , I have an attorney trying to help, and he cant believe how poor their costumer service is. I have never seen or been treated with such poor customer service , almost three years trying to work this out.....They told myself and my attorney that some guy not realated was my husbands personal represtative because he was still alive...What the hell you have 3 death cert. that I have sent you. How in the hell do you make some randome ass guy off the street my dead husband PR over our loan I signed on.....Something is very wrong at this place....Servbank you have explanning to do.
