Nov 28,2024Very easy and flexible service. The best solution out there for small to medium shipping over sea. We use the box from Seven seas, they were big and study. The process was clearly explained and easy to follow. It can be a little hard to understand what to declare, and can be a long process if you have lots of stuff in the boxes. We took picture of everything just in case. We will use again!

Nov 27,2024The experience I had with Seven Seas was a bit unpleasant and disappointing particularly with the drivers and the process of loading the boxes into the move cube. I thought, one of the drivers was too old for this heavy duty and I could see he was a bad temper and easily anger when he saw a lot of boxes and heavy items to carry and load. He started to show his anger and raised his voice when some of the items could not perfectly fit into the move cube. He also seemed heavily relied on me to help him moving the items and boxes down to the loading bay where he kept asking and instructing me to do things for him. To me, this is very disappointing as I understand from Seven Seas, the drivers will pick up the boxes and items from my flat door down to the loading bay area. However, the experience I had with the customer service was exceptional. They were very helpful, friendly and informative.

However, due to limited competition, while prices are competitive, there is still room for discounts, especially regarding the destination charge on the UK side, which is higher than the shipping charge from the China port to the UK port for two clothing boxes.

Nov 23,2024Overall I would definitely recommend Seven Seas to arrange the shipping of goods. The site is easy to use and when I had any questions, they replied quickly and they kept me informed with up to date communication throughout. Their drivers in NZ and the UK were helpful, friendly and on time. My only criticism was of their telephone communication to arrange delivery of my Move Cube which was unfortunately, officious and unhelpful which was out of sync with the rest of my experience with this company which was excellent.

Nov 23,2024Overall, I had a positive experience with Seven Seas logistics. The customer service team was excellent and patiently answered all my questions. The packaging quality was good, and I received timely email notifications about my shipment status. However, I am dissatisfied with the loading service in Xiamen. The truck arrived 3 hours late, which disrupted all my plans for the day. Despite repeatedly explaining the nature of my items, they didn't properly plan or prepare an appropriate loading strategy for my goods.
