Feb 20,2025The arrival date as shown in the email is different from what showing in the website tracker. But the Tracker map is good for me to know where is my boxes. From arrival to port to delivery to my house is only 3 days. It is very faster.

Feb 20,2025I used Sevenseas own boxes as an extra insurance to the safety of my items I was shipping. They were more hardy than ordinary boxes. The driver who collected my boxes was friendly, helpful and insisted he do all the lifting and carrying. This is my job he said. The instructions on how to pack the boxes was excellent but the information on how to itemise the boxes and put the relevant information into their website should be made easier to understand and follow. I had to ring up for assistance on two occasions but happy with the response and help that was given on both occasions. One criticism I do have was I ordered my boxes too late in the evening for the system to be able to get a date for the delivery of the empty boxes. Rather than this picked up by their computer system and an email sent to me to reorder the boxes for a future date, I waited for 4 days for no delivery of empty boxes. When I rang up to enquire when the boxes were going to be delivered, Sevenseas told me I had made the order too late in the day for the delivery date that I wanted. I should have been notified of this. Other than this issue I have been very happy with the service Sevenseas have provided.

Feb 19,2025It gave me a detailed and accurate quote. No hidden cost was charged at the end. The cost was the lowest among all moving companies I could search online. Although I encountered questions when filling in online documents, the customer service was helpful and patient. The tracking of my shipment was clear as they emailed me every time the shipment status changed. The Australian driver was friendly and physically strong. It was a surprise that he moved my 13 heavy boxes all by himself.

When I placed my order the boxes were sent with tape and a marker and even though I delayed the pick-up of them for nearly a year when I eventually did my deposit and Phoebe were all waiting to assist me again. Really Super Service!!!!!!

Feb 17,2025Very good service. I moved my stuff From LA to Sydney, and it took 2.5 months for the regular service. Drivers are very helpful and kind. Both of them. They called me to inform me they were on the way, gave me the pick-up and delivery time ☺️. Was super smooth! I could track online the progress on my delivery and estimate on time the date to receive my time. And the customer service always answered me quickly. I recommand Seven Seas Worlwide. One of the best I used!

Feb 15,2025Seamless door to door delivery, well within the quoted timeframe. They asked a few extra questions prior to shipping to ensure customs would have no issues and everything went smoothly. I loved the tracking feature (although a little clunky from my phone) as it was great to follow the progress & path of the ship. Lovely staff & delivery/collection drivers with impressive timing, both within their tight delivery window. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again

Feb 15,2025The process to ship an item, from one country to another has become very simple. My brother received a small pod on the day agreed upon, that POD was containerized with other items, loaded on a ship, and sailed to where I live. The documentation was easy to complete, I enjoyed tracking my POD across the ocean and to its destination port. I decided to pick up the contents rather than have them trucked to my home, and the change to make that happen was again a breeze. Thank you Customer Service for your constant updates and assistance!

Feb 15,2025From the start, I explored various other companies online for transporting my things. Seven Seas was by far the easiest website to obtain a quote from. I have used the company in the past and for these reason, I chose Seven Seas. I had not used them for some years and the process had become digitalized. I needed to call the helpline several times for guidance and I found their customer service representatives to be polite, friendly and helpful. I have also found that Seven Seas are very good at providing ongoing information as to the status of your package. I am currently waiting for my goods to be delivered and I am confident from the service I have received to date that this happen smoothly and efficiently

Feb 14,2025I was contacted after I complained about shipping times and was assured that the customs process should take a week and two at most. It has now been over two weeks and there has been no contact and I'm now seeing an unexplained "Delay" listed on my tracker. I used a different shipping company for a separate box and it was released immediately. I dislike that there is no communication about the delays and no updated timeline.

Feb 12,2025We booked Seven Seas just a week prior to our move to Hong Kong and we could not be happier with our decision. I made use of their customer service multiple times, and they patiently guided me through the process which at first can seem daunting. The pick-up service was well organised and a friendly experience. Tracking was accurate and clear. My only criticism was that the step of boxes going through customs upon arrival wasn't communicated so we had a week delay to when we expected delivery but this was minor. The delivery to our flat was also well organised and efficient. Overall, highly recommend and we will be sure to use Seven Seas again!

Their rates to move a full house is reasonable and their staff are really fantastic. They are so helpful and I am kept up to date through all the various processes. I would highly recommend them for international moves.
