Feb 28,2025I used Seven Seas to move from the Bay Area to Singapore. I had about 20 small and 20 large boxes to move, and used Seven Sea's Large MoveCube. The quote was straightforward. As I paid for their boxes, they dropped off the boxes on time and clearly explained what would happen on the move date itself. They texted me the day before moving day to confirm the time window, and they came right in that window (giving me a call 30-min beforehand as well). After that, they gave me semi-regular updates on my shipment through their platform and emails, about once in 2 weeks. When it arrived, I arranged for the pick-up and paid a little extra to get them to help me move my boxes from the MoveCube to my apartment on the 10th storey. Again, it was fuss-free, with a confirmation text the day before, a call 30-min beforehand, and arriving exactly within the stated window. The two movers who came helped to open the MoveCube and move everything to my apartment in 30 min. Boxes looked like they were in good shape, and while I haven't opened all the boxes, the items in the few boxes that I did open were in good condition, as I had packed them. The boxes arrived in Singapore after just over 2 months, which is on the earlier end of their 60-90 days delivery guarantee to me. Would highly recommend.

Feb 27,2025Moved our household stuff from The UK to Australia. I will give 2 stars because although we generally had a pleasant experience overall. There was a miscommunication we had with Australia Team. Our stuff arrived at depot in Melbourne. We live in regional Victoria (around 2-3 hours) drive to Melbourne. When I spoke with the staff on the phone, they said they do not deliver to the regional areas. Thus we do not have a choice but to take a train down to Melbourne and hire a transport truck ourselves. On the day of pick up at the depot, one of the Seven seas staff said they do DELIVER to regional areas! Seems the system is not centralised? or the staff who I spoke to on the phone did not know about the delivery options. Hope Seven Seas visit revisit their delivery rules and/or do more trainings to staff as it look like some staff were not aware of their policies/guidelines..etc **EDITED** (I couldn’t see a reply button) Seven Seas replied: “Thank you Hannah for confirming your Job Reference. You chose our MoveCube service, Door to Depot, from the UK to Australia. You were quoted online and accepted that quote. The service requires the collection of your shipment from our depot in Melbourne. The service is not to the door of your Australian address. We apologise unreservedly for the comments of someone in our depot but this is the only service we offer for the addresses that you entered.” MY REPLY: When I was quoted online, ofcourse I accepted the fact that we need to sort out the delivery ourselves as we thought you do not have delivery service. Come pick-up day, we actually cancelled our depot pick up when we went there in the depot in Melbourne. Seven Seas depot staff quoted us a delivery fee to our Australian address on that day (because they said they do deliver to our address). 3 days later, our stuff was delivered. That was actually amazing! However, so how will you explain that the service is not to the door of my Australian address? It was delivered! ________________ ***UPDATE*** Seven Seven said: UPDATE, great news, we are really pleased we could help you but this is something our team did to assist you on the day. MY REPLY: You mentioned “this is something our team did to assist you on the day”.. How I wish this was disclosed when I spoke to one of the staff on the phone as we would have opted for the delivery service straightaway (saves so much time, money and effort!) instead of arranging a very pricey private transport vehicle previously. We wouldn’t have also presented ourselves and traveled down to the Melbourne as we have no car yet. Anyway, thank you!

Feb 27,2025Seven Seas Worldwide surpassed my expectations from the beginning to the end i.e. from making the first contact, delivering and collecting of the boxes and finally the delivery. The tracking was exemplary and well detailed every step of the way. All in all, the whole package including cost cannot be faulted and I will be happy to recommend Seven Seas to anyone I know who are thinking of moving overseas.

Fee and charges have been readonable with no hidden costs. I was kept closely in the loop throughout the whole process from cradle to grave. My definite go to place for any future overseas shipping.

Feb 23,2025The process was simple and as pain free as can be. My pick up driver was absolutely amazing! Helpful and careful with my goods. The paperwork was actually really simple to fill in and submit. The communication was efficient and fast with minimal stress. Within a week, my goods have been put in a container and are ready to be sent to our destination. The price was amazing fir the amount of packages I sent and they were very transparent with costings and time-frame. Insurance options are great and varied giving options for everyone. Very happy overall with my dealings with Seven Seas Worldwide! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Feb 21,2025I sent my things with Seven Seas from Thailand on December 6 2024, it is now February 20, I have not had an update on the tracker since my move cube was apparently shipped from Thailand on the 10th of January. In order to get a further update I had to email contact the company and I have had to email them again today. To my knowledge the shipment still hasn't made it to Australia, its final destination and Seven Seas has 20 days within which the shipment needs to arrive at my house or else it won't be within the quoted time frame. I truly wanted so badly for this to be a good company as I do move quite a bit and it would be helpful to have a go to moving company, and I thought their prices were reasonable, however, given the amount of stress this whole debacle has caused mainly through lack of communication, I don't really see myself using their services again in the future.

The process went smoothly. Only area that I feel needs improvement is the online booking platform which took several calls to very helpfull staff to correctly complete. So far my items have not left orgin since Dec 2024, however I am very happy with the company's service and staff A+
