Jun 10,2024The whole experience was easy and stress free (as much as it can be 🤣😂) The driver who dropped the starter pack off was knowledgeable and stressed the importance of detail in the logs. The logs were easy to fill in and you didn't have to do them all at the same time. The guy who bought the cube to load was a tetris master and helped us load effectively. Tracking was a doddle and reassuring to see where our worldly goods making their way to Australia. Finally the delivery driver, a local chap, was on time, pleasant, and efficient. Would definitely recommend Seven Seas International to anyone needing overseas transit.

Jun 09,2024Everything abt the service was amazing.From the updates to the delivery was perfect.I do however have one complaint -I requested a quote for a 23kg box and at no point was I advised that I could send 2 x 23kg boxes for the same price. Which resulted in me calling and asking why I received 2 boxes and only then being informed of this. This meant I had to pack the 2nd box in a hurry.Perhaps you should inform your customers of this!

The documents and what to do was easy, everything is explained properly. The live tracking is reassuring (I found it fun to follow the ship sailing around). I would 100% recommend. Jun 08,2024I think the computerised system was very difficult to use for my requirements. ie I was trying to send secondhand items of low financial value but of personal value from NZ to the UK. The owner lives in the UK and I was sending on her behalf. These had been originally packed 9 yrs ago, and the exact contents were of little value and could not be accurately listed item on item. The system just couldn't cope and it took ages to get it sorted in the end.I had to pay a storage fee because of the delay in sorting it all out. I also think Seven Seas are very slow in getting the shipment onto a container, it still hasn't left NZ. Who knows when it will arrive in the UK.

Jun 07,2024Seven Seas have been instrumental in making a move overseas as simple as possible. They are very quick to answer the phone and answer queries from little quibbles to big answers. They were helpful and practical too, and when I accidentally packed some prohibited items (vaporiser) they were very helpful in making it as easy as possible to return them to me. They have also kept me updated every step of the way and are competetively priced.

Jun 06,2024The whole expereience was seamless. From the initial quote to delivery 99% could be one online and in minutes. Drivers were friendly and went above and beyond expected. I Shipped an expensive race bike and was a little weary of them packing it for me, but they did a perfect job with great materials. I didn't take out insurance, but everything arrived in perfect condition (besides a little bit of grime on my bike, easily cleanable). Woud definitely use again.

Jun 06,2024Advertise delivery and collection of move cubes in South Africa, this is false advertising. They do/offer only Depo to Depo????. Loading of cubes are on the pavement in the JHB depo ??? We used your company in Sept23 the cubes were moved outside your warehouse with a forklift and we packed the cubes in the street/pavement. By reading your online add we expected the cubes to be delivered and collected, it does not state if you out of range we do not offer the service
