Jun 04,2024This is the third time I have used seven seas and other than delays when moving boxes to australia (that were out of their control) I have only ever had a good experience. The delivery men are always kind and helpful and they have made moving a lot less stressful for me each time.

Jun 03,2024They don’t send me boxes at right time, they send it to the wrong address after 5(!) days and don’t return money back. I lost 80$ and have spoiled vacation. Worst company ever. You should never trust them. Irresponsible, terrible, slow customer service.

Jun 02,2024The first thing I would say is the long turn around time which was initially informed to be three months (during quotation stage) then four months (after booking) and finally 5 months when I received the items. Secondly, tracking was confusing at the last stages for example, my tracking status showed 'customs clearance completed' and at the same time customer service team advised that it would take another 2 weeks for clearance. Finally, I received all the items in good condition which included my 55 inch TV and a soundbar.
