Good to get instant quote from the website. Quick in delivering and collecting boxes. But it would be better to have two workers than one to collect the boxes so I didn't have to help opening the foyer's door and pressing the lift button.

The best part about Seven Seas are the friendly and punctual drivers :) They always called ahead to give notice when they were on the way and arrived without fail within the time windows given. The actual shipment did take a while but the company was upfront about expected shipping times from the start of the booking, and my boxes arrived around the time I expected them to. The estimated time of arrival is underestimated. They say 94 - 114 days when I got the quote, but in fact it took 137 days, and that is also because I had to call the customer services when I saw my luggage stuck in HK for over a month. Right after I called for an inquiry, the luggage was redirected to US. Who knows what would happen if I did not call. Maybe it would've been staying in HK till today. Also, their customer services speak strange English and are weirdly passive aggressive - One even told me not to speak while she was typing on her computer because she could not concentrate. That is just such strange behavior from a customer service staff. Two points for the overall clear instructions for the entire process and for the fact that my stuff arrived in US safe and sound. Not many delivery options available between Australia and US so I had to choose this one. Glad I only move internationally very few times of my life.
The packing and collection stage was super easy to arrange. I wish there had been more information on there website about requirements for sending as I had to pay storage fees for a whole year due to requirements that they already knew of but I only found out about later. They were very communicative at every step of the way though and kept in touch to see how things were going with the required paperwork. There were a few issues with collection notices despite payment of fees already clearing but this was easily remedied with a single email and the team was quick to respond and acknowledge my concerns and rectify the issue.
SevenSeas has a fast responds time and my questions are answered via email within 48hours. I'm having one star deducted to give room for improvement like shipping time involved; I waited 3.5months for 2 boxes to arrived from Singapore.
I used a MoveCube to move from Canada to New Zealand and found the process clear and easy to navigate. The team who picked up the cube was helpful in getting everything in, and an hour was enough time to pack it. If I were to move again, I'd probably buy boxes from Seven Seas so everything fits in the cube seamlessly. Overall, I'd highly recommend them.
My cargo was sent to Hamilton Airport, rather than Toronto Airport, which is over an hour's drive away, with very few transport links. Having just moved back to Canada, I am yet to get a car so this a problem. The opening hours for this airport's customs office is only during work hours on weekdays, which means I have to take a day off work to gain clearance on my belongings - not ideal when starting a new job. I have contacted Sevens Seas, and they simply told me to get in touch with DHL directly to sort it out. Disappointed with the service overall. I would probably advise others to simply just book directly with DHL or another service, as Sevens Seas "door to door" service is pretty much just them booking one of them on your behalf, and the lack of attention detail here has ultimately ended up costing me substantially more without any actual benefits in terms of ease of shipping. I'm not usually one to complain, but I would probably not use them in the future for that reason. Update: Sevens Seas simply offering an apology, and told me to deal with DHL, who have been largely unresponsive and quite confusing. All of my forms and documents submitted to Sevens Seas now require resubmitting to DHL, who have made no guarantee that they can release the shipment without going to Hamilton. My shipment is quite far beyond the allotted shipping time now, and has taken a considerable amount of back and forth between both DHL and Seven Seas to get to something that is as of yet unresolved.
