Oct 06,2024I moved 4 cubes from Sydney to the UK. The drivers in Sydney were excellent and helped to load the cubes, they were very experienced and knowledgeable. The customer service team was wonderful and helped me every step of the way with. the paperwork's dn tracking of the shipment. An issue arose 4 months later when my cubes were in the UK warehouse. They did not have enough drivers, or large enough vans, to deliver my 4 cubes to my new home on the same day. They wanted to deliver 1 cube one week, the second the following week and the final two up to a month later. This was of course unacceptable, as out furniture was spread out over the 4 cubes. When I knew my cubes were in the Kent warehouse, I called Seven Seas everyday to push and plead for my cubes to be delivered on the same day. The customer service were excellent. I wish I hadn't had to do that, as we had moved from overseas which is stressful enough, particularly at the start of the school year, and we needed our belongings. In the end they stepped up and delivered my 4 cubes on the agreed date. However I was only informed the afternoon before that this was happening, so dd have a mad scramble to find a removals company to unload and unpack the cubes at short notice. Luckily my belongings were undamaged and we are now able to settle into our new home in the UK. My advice to Seven Seas is to make sure you have enough drivers and large enough vans to deliver customers belongings as soon as they have cleared customs. Your customers have already waited 4+ months, and moved overseas, and you can afford to improve your delivery in the UK. I would have given 5 stars if this hadn't happened.

Oct 05,2024Really happy with the service provided by Seven Seas Worldwide. We moved our household goods from Thailand to the United Kingdom and all of our items came through fine. They were a little late, but this was well communicated and you can use their system to track in real time where your boat and shipment has reached. Great service in Thailand where the drivers come to your apartment to take the parcels. UK is different, not the same service, but the drivers drop the parcels outside of your house. Typical of the UK to be honest, standards in service are a little less than Asia. Overall great service from Seven Seas, very happy with the overall experience and great to get our shipment delivered without any mishaps.

It would have been good to process visa etc before completing box details. Drivers were excellent. One phone call only required and dealt with very well. Would recommend this service.

I selected a "medium cube" option, which had a quoted price of £700. The service was labeled "International MoveCube - Door to Door," so I naturally assumed this included a door-to-door service. However, as I proceeded, I encountered an additional section titled something like "delivery costs," where I was asked to pay an extra €4,500. Their reasoning? They claim to be transparent and experienced, unlike other companies that supposedly surprise you with hidden fees. But the breakdown was absurd: €300 for customs and a staggering €4,000 for local delivery! To make matters worse, these delivery costs vanish again at the end of the quote process, leaving you unsure of the actual amount due. For context, a few years ago, I worked in the textile industry in Portugal, where we shipped an entire TIR truck filled with a full container from northern Portugal to Italy for just €3,500. My advice: be truly transparent with your pricing. Customers want a single, clear payment for shipping and delivery, not an unclear breakdown that feels dodgy. With such inflated prices and confusing methodology, it's hard to understand how so many positive comments exist.

Everything was laid out in detail, the tracking was excellent and everything arrived just as it had left. Some small delays on the water due to an issue at the port (local issue) but everything was quickly and clearly communicated. Will definitely use again and would 100% recommend.
