Feb 27,2024It was my first time dealing with this company so I wasn't 100% positive about everything. At the end I proved myself wrong although they were too slow for my liking, maybe because it was during the weekend. I got everything done and I would recommend others to deal with this company. Now that I know, definitely I'm going to deal with Tim Allen for my future travels.

He locates the tickets for me based on my spending limit. He also assisted me in changing my dates on the fly of the moment because of some other concerns.

Dec 31,2023Dietary requirements...you will starve! I did say I will write another review after my travel. I am dissapointed to say I traveled 16 hours without any meal onboard, outbound with only a small packet of fruits at the end of my jorney. I did inform Sarah James about dietary requirements, but was advised to speak to staff because..."there is no option to add diet. you can ask for what you what to eat" Which I did, but crew had nothing to offer me becuse the requirements are processed during booking or during any modifications online and the crew receives a list of those requirements. I did alert Sarah half way through my outbound journey, but only to get a call few minutes before my inbound departure saying she tried to add special requirements but it was not possible. Again, I wasn't able to have meals during my return flight as they had no order for me. Luckily I carried some snacks for my return just in case. It was embarrassing trying to sort this out onboard & being told "you should've done it online". I flew with Virgin & Emirates before and never had dietary requirements issues, so I don't understand why it was difficult for the agent to add this to my booking. Since it was my 1st time booking through angency and flying with Rwandair, I had trust in my agent and just thought this was how the airline operates, but it wasn't. Other passengers received their special orders before everyone, so there was nothing wrong with the airline system. I am utterly dissapointed as I was planning to use this agency for all my family's future travel, but since they all have different dietary requirements and allergens, and beause of this bad experience and disorganisation onboard including delays, I don't think I will use your service again.
