Ruma, the agent demonstrated her salesmanship skills with duty of care. she proved throughout the process that she is competent in her role and that the customer safety is always her priority. Ruma even saved me from an online competitor who was deemed to be fraudulent by his offer to match Ruma's one. But to my surprise Max was wonderful he found me a ticket and was honest and trust worthy. I will definitely use this service again.

Nov 19,2023Will never book with them nor suggest to anyone in life .Horrible customer care and no communication.Only time they keep in touch with you is before you pay .They don’t update you about the flight timings change or anything .Book at your own risk .
