Mar 02,2024Tote was pretty, but thought it was to be embossed rather than printed on the material. It is not real leather but what is called vegan leather. Due to these it was disappointing so could not give it 5 stars.

Dec 26,2023I’ve ordered around 10 photo ornaments and all were great! My recipients loved them and asked for the website. Customer support is excellent. I received all but one the I had ordered and emailed them. They answered assuring me that it was on its way and it came the next day. Highly recommend!

Dec 21,2023I am told by the post office that they gave me a fictitious tracking code number and that my order was returned. They think this tracking code is because it's a scam. Don't order from this company they are dishonest and thieves of your money.

Dec 20,2023I am very disappointed. It is cheap looking and there is no plastic on the back. For the price I could have made this myself and have gotten all the materials from a craft store. Don’t waste your money!!!!

Dec 15,2023VERY DISPPOINTED! I ordered an ornament for my son for Christmas, and the tracking number they gave me says my order was delivered. I have emailed a few times and never get any answers. I will never order from this place again!!

Dec 12,2023I am not happy with the quality of the photo ornaments I bought. One side is nicely sealed in plastic and the other side feels like cheap paper that will peel. I thought it would a little bit bigger and harder plastic. I was so looking forward to receiving these and now I am disappointed. I'm not a happy customer for the price. Never received undated regarding the order.

Dec 10,2023I was not updated on my order. The tracking stopped on 11/28 and it arrived on 12/8. I sent an email to ask about my order and did not receive a response. As for the ornaments-they were okay. Not like I expected from the ad, but they were adequate. I won’t order again.

Dec 10,2023HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! Ad made it look like more of a 3d ornament and this is was a photo printed on acrylic with the background removed. I could have done that myself. If all you want is a photo ornament you can get them faster and cheaper elsewhere.

Dec 10,2023This is nothing like what it showed on Facebook it’s supposed to be a 3-D hanging ornament. This is just a picture stuck between two pieces of plastic and it’s very small. Very very disappointed.

Dec 09,2023The picture was true to what I sent but the ad made it look like it would be a 3D representation, which it was not. Wish I had known. Also I received 2 updates that it was delivered for a week before it actually arrived.
