Dec 04,2024I just ordered by dachshund guilt and free blanket and I requested tracking and now you can’t seem to find my order #and it has been taken out of my acct they say they can’t find my account I think I’m going to have to cancel through my bank which I did Also I was automatic texting someone and they stopped answering.

Dec 03,2024Dec. 18, 2024 I would like to update my review from Dec. 2, 2024 of 1 star. I did email Shineful and explained my huge disappointment of how I truly believed and perceived with my own eyes that the ornaments of Blessed Virgin Mary, appeared to be 3-D ornaments from both the online photos and the video I saw of them. Upon my disappointment when opening the box when they arrived, I searched to read if other customers had the exact same disappointment and saw I was not alone in my disappointment. Amelia offered me a full refund, even though I said I would be content with even a $30 refund, but that I did not want to spend any more money to have to return the ornaments - not knowing where they really shipped from. But, Amelia insisted on the full refund amount and said I did not have to return the ornaments. I felt that was very generous of Shineful as a first time customer of theirs. I asked Amelia to see that Shineful updates their descriptions and photos/videos to show the customers the side views of these acrylic disk ornaments too, so you can tell they are NOT a 3D ornament at all, but rather an acrylic disk -- maybe 2cm in thickness (?) with a flat photo image of Blessed Virgin Mary affixed to the acrylic disk. I will say, the image of the Blessed Virgin Mary is truly beautiful artwork, which is why I ordered them and also believing they were 3D ornaments made them seem even more beautiful and desirable as gifts. I paid $71+ dollars for 5 flat acrylic ornaments, which I would not have done if I knew upfront that is just what they were - flat disk ornaments. So, if you order, please note that my complaint was not the first complaint in receiving a product that was not quite as the eyes perceived and hopefully they will meet your satisfaction. Today, 12/2/2024... I am so absolutely beyond disappointed. This was a bait and switch scheme in my opinion. I would rather give this company NO STARS than even one right now, because the ornaments portrayed in the video advertisement showed a 3D ornament. Upon receiving my order today, I opened the plastic shipping envelope to find 1 red gift box containing 5 flat disks and some red ribbons/twine/thin gold strings (for lack of a better word) to decide how you want to hang them, etc. I will never ORDER from this company again. This felt like an intentional bait and switch (visual vs. description). I was very upset to see that what I received was NOT at all what was shown in the advertisement, nor what I would intentionally want to give as a gift to someone either. It is a flat image stuck to the back of a flat circular acrylic disk. So, I only just now thought to research other people's reviews to find out if anyone else experienced similar disappointment/scam, which there were others who thought exactly as I did when ordering and felt misled upon their order's arrival. Misrepresentation and misleading the purchaser is not an honest business practice, so I see that I am not alone in my expectations from the video ad vs. the reality in front of my eyes upon opening and my shared disappointment in reading other people's reviews. MOST importantly, these are NOT worth $64.84 + $6.95 shipping = $71.79 for 5 plastic disk ornaments! I need that kind of money for food.

Order 1136852 Follow up....dispite the expidite shipment..it took 20 days...I recieved it on Dec. 13th

This is nothing but a scam! I am embarrassed that 1. I was scammed in such a way, and 2. That I now have to give that to might daughter.

Not at all what is pictured online and I will be returning for a full refund. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts.

Nov 30,2024I placed an order middle November for a Christmas decoration and the estimated delivery date is the third week of December nobody will respond to my inquiries to cancel the order The response from them on this site is that they expidited shipment...I tracked the package on Dec 5th and it still has not been picked up for delivery..and there has been no change in the estimated delivery...Dec 14-24th.... Nice that i will get a decoration delivered possibly the day before christmas!!! Order #Shineful-1136852
