Dec 19,2024I left a 5 star review because I received the item earlier than anticipated being it was Christmas and coming from overseas to Australia. The gift was important because it was specifically relating to Nursing as my daughter had just completed her Nursing degree. Shameful continued to let me know where my item was up to in production. They were friendly and very supportive. The product being a large cup with pictures pertaining to Nursing appears to be of excellent quality.

Dec 18,2024This product is not what I expected. It is very cheaply made. It is not even coverage for this size bed and I spent a lot of money on this when I could have found something at a department store for my mom. I’m very very disappointed in this product. I can’t possibly send it back. It took so long to get here to start with, but I will not be ordering from this company again. I usually don’t leave reviews but you keep sending me emails and I finally opened the package because I was going to take it and put it on her bed. I just returned from vacation last night And just was able to open it.

The tracking system you provided was incredible and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The Garage door banner is top quality and the priced is extremely fair! Dec 16,2024Shipping was excessive. The product itself is outstanding, but was supposed to fit 8x16' garage door, but was 30" too wide. Had to go to seamstress and cut 15" off either side to center the Santa and his sleigh and reindeer. Did not receive any instructions, velcro was insufficient at best. It was as if someone just thru a handful in a bag and was more female than male making it useless. Had to go to the store and purchase a roll of 1.5" velcro. Would like to receive at lease 12 pair of the correct velcro. !!!!!!!!!!!

Dec 16,2024I'm very disappointed that what I received is not what was depicted. I would have never purchased these two cups if they were shown as what I received. I feel deceived by this company and it's description of the puff product. This is not puff as it indicates. The design is cute but not as described. Update: It is only fair that I update my review because the company was very responsive and helpful with my disappointment. They took the time to explain the description to help me understand. While the photo looks 3D the description is 2D so my expectation from the photo differed from the actual description. They understood how I could expect something different because of the photo and were more than willing to make things right. I can appreciate and respect a company that's willing to see my side of things and work to make it right. And because of my follow up experience I'm changing my rating to a 4 star.

Dec 15,2024Very disappointed that there were no instructions or the velcro strips were labeled. My son pulled the velcro strips apart and have 6 strips where velcro does not connect so I'll have to go buy new velcro to attach. In addition after receipt you came out with buy one get one free. Very disappointed.

Dec 15,2024Shipping was on time (although not fast) the packaging was good (waterproof and sturdy) and the contents very very nice. My only complaint, which turned out to baseless, was that the tag on the blanket was difficult to remove because of the adhesive holding it on.

I ordered my sheet set with a promotional free fleece blanket on 11/18 and they did not send me the fleece blanket and are now arguing with me saying the promotion started after my purchase, however the screen shot I took of the promotion said it was good until 11/25. It also took almost a month to even get my sheets.

Dec 14,2024A month to deliver the quilt was ridiculous! Tried to cancel order right away but they would do that even though they said the product hadn’t been made yet. The quality is ok. It is a summer quilt at best being very thin. It has a rather big flaw in the print pattern. I don’t recommend purchasing the quilt or from this company.
