Dec 08,2024Supposedly, My package with Christmas ornaments was delivered Oct 5, 2024 at 2:27 AM. That's Ridiculous. There is no mail EVER delivered at that time in the morning. I checked with the post office and no package ever arrived. Please resend my order or refund my money.

Dec 08,2024The glass is good, but China's deception will always be there and nothing can be done. In the photo I saw a pressed image on the glass. As it turned out, it was a regular sticker with a picture around a cheap glass. I understand what and where I bought it, I'm just sharing my opinion.

Dec 08,2024I received a flat ornament that is white. There is no design on it whatsoever. I don’t know how on earth I ever ordered this. I want a refund absolutely and the fact that you make it so difficult to get a hold of you regarding an order because this came from someone in Chicago is crazy. Please credit my pay pal account. Dec 07,2024I ordered the sparkle dachshund Christmas ornament. It’s a very nice item, great communication from the company and it arrived in great packaging. My only complaint would be that the advert on fb was an actual dachshund figure with sparkle gems on it and the ornament I got was a flat plexiglass dachshund with the picture of the sparkle sweater dachshund on it - but I love it just the same. Great company overall

Dec 07,2024Very disappointed in the quality of the ornament- Not as substantial as show in the photos. For $20+, this is definitely not to value of the price paid. . A piece of plastic, with a sticker added for color- No. Really unhappy with this.

I ordered the Dachshund Christmas ornament. The picture showed a multi color ornament, but the ornament is all silver. You can’t tell it’s Dachshund dogs.

Dec 07,2024Please be sure to REMOVE the thin brown paper protective coating on your new ornaments - I submitted a bad review BECAUSE I thought they were damaged before I was contacted to remove the covering. These are very pretty, colorful ornaments that are sure to please!

Dec 06,2024The way the ornament was displayed in a picture made is seem like a 3 dimensional glass or resin ornament. What I got was a flat sticker ornament. Extremely cheap for the cost. Not something I would hang on my Christmas tree.

Dec 05,2024Absolutely horrible advertising of a beautiful dimensional ornament of Holy Family and it arrives as a circle cut out with brown tape over it that I now have to struggle to peel off and it is a flat plain looking NOT as advertised ornament. Looks like some cheap cardboard you get free in Lucky Charms box very disappointing and expensive. Awful awful awful

Dec 05,2024The Christmas ornaments were disappointing. The sacred heart ornament, the picture is faded. I wish they were as vibrant as the advertised ones. I gifted one ornament that was in ok shape. It was very hard to get the front sticker off. There were no instructions on whether to peel the brown or white thing off. I like the metal signs. The ocean blanket is still in the wrapper but it looks ok. The holy family blanket isn't as furry as it appears, but it's fine. If I could get another sacred heart ornament with more vibrancy, I would appreciate it. Thank you!
