Aug 04,2021I love the variety of products and the rate but I think if I have to be the regular customer there would be free shipping atleast like other stores where they give you free shipping of orders more than certain amount, I can't pay 1500 Yen every month if I have to buy from your store. Point to think about.

Jul 14,2021The food is good but the service can be improved, I added the time I wanted delivery 9-12 pm. The delivery came after 3:30 pm. I wasted time waiting.

Jul 12,2021Their service is great. You get your order as placed and accepting credit card makes it better, plus gifts once in a while. They should just work on keeping to customer's specified time or quickly notify customers about changes.

Jul 04,2021I ordered 100g of curry leaves but after ordering I thought shipment was a bit too expensive. I called to cancel and the person on the phone was friendly and didn’t make a fuzz about it. I like spices for my cooking so I definitely will visit their shop in Tokyo once the corona saga is finally over.
