Defrosting deteriorates the quality of most of the frozen commodities. I hope the dispatch manager will quickly consider addressing this issue.

Aug 07,2023I often ordered halal products in this store. The service is speedy. Sometimes we got wrong items when the item we ordered is out of stock in their store (not updated in website). They replace it with the same thing but another brand. In this case you can ask them compensation, they really cooperate with such claim.
