But, in particular I need to mention Sian Barnett who has been nothing but extremely helpful, accommodating, friendly and very professional. I have had to cancel the Home Shred several times but she has always been very understanding. Sian is a credit to your company. The guy who came to do the Shred was also very pleasant and helpful.

Mar 18,2024Scandalous how the company can sign you up for a 2 year contract and then auto renew it for another 2 years without any communication whatsoever. This is the second time they have used this tactic to keep us in contract for 6 years. Contacted them and they refuse to terminate the contract without £2,000 cancellation fee!
