Very helpful staff. I bought a pair of ski boots and had a 2 hour fitting. The guy made some custom formed Superfeet for me, but I couldn't see much difference to my own "standard" Superfeet, which I'd had in my previous boots. I was impressed that he didn't try to persuade me to buy the custom ones. After wearing the boots around the house for a week, I found that they were a bit tight across the widest part of my foot. I made a quick phone call to the shop and three hours later the boots had been slightly stretched. I've skied on the boots for one week now and they are very comfortable, but responsive.

Absolutely brilliant service Attentive and know their stuff for sure, made me realise im not going nuts and really understood what i was on about, turns out ive been trying to ski with boots that was to big also i didnt have a moulding that took into account my high instep.. (told my husband his been expecting me to ski when its like -trying to cycle downhill with wobbly handlebars)! there was so much to it and the feel of these new boots its a completely different feel.. Off to canada next week and cannot wait 💞

I contacted Ski Exchange when I was looking to buy some Atomic Cloud 11 skis. I don't live near the shop so Simon talked me through my queries about bindings and sorted out my boot / DIN settings with some simple questions before despatching the skis. He was incredibly helpful, there was no 'hard-sell' and I will certainly be back to buy more ski equipment when I need it. Highly recommend.

Ski exchange made the process of buying my equipment very easy…from early communication pre-purchase about ski’s to the thorough fitting of my ski boots, it was all a very pleasant experience. The team were very helpful and friendly and to have this little gem of a ski shop twenty minutes up the road from my house is fantastic!
