Ski boots don't have to be uncomfortable! As a woman with thin ankles and large calves, and such an array of shiny new boots on display, I would not have known where to start. Fortunately, I had booked a fitting with Andrew. He used his expert knowledge to pick out the pair I should try on, then spent a long time taking measurements, moulding my footbed and heating the boot shell to give me a boot that fitted like a glove. I was advised to try them out at the local ski centre so that any adjustments could be made before our holidays. After two hours on the snow, I can confirm that no adjustments are needed. Thanks Ski Exchange.

My last pair of ski boots were supplied and fitted by the Ski Exchange quite a few years ago so it was time to replace them... I booked a two hour fitting appointment with Andrew and drove to Dry Drayton for the first time since 2019. Firstly, what a transformation of the shop! The fitting area is much larger now. The stock of boots is great (better than a national retailer that we have subsequently popped in to out of curiosity). Andrew measured my funny shaped feet, we tried a number of boot styles, identified one that offered great comfort and support, moulded insoles and inners to my feet/shins/calves, and heated the boot shells to do the same (what a revelation, compared with my old boots!). I then tried them on the skiing machine. Wow! 2.5 hours well spent. The Ski Exchange offers a comfort guarantee, so I went to the local ski centre to try the boots out rather than find a problem on the slopes. I needn't have worried. The fit is spot on. Well done and thank you to Andrew and the Ski Exchange.

The product was perfect also fast shipping. Only on the website it said tax included in the price which was not the case had to pay import tax at delivery. I got an extra discount in the payment proces the cover the import tax costs. Overall satisfied customer.

Went to get some ski boots fitted and the service was great. So knowledgeable and new exactly what to do despite me having difficult feet. Boots feel so much better than any I have had before and am looking forward to skiing in them.
