Mar 19,2025I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with your company. When I initially attempted to order the free trial on your website, the page kept freezing, and I had not even completed the payment when I had to refresh the page and reorder. Shortly after, I noticed that I was charged $10.81 twice through my PayPal account. I immediately called customer service within minutes of placing the order to request a cancellation, but I was told that it couldn’t be canceled—despite how quickly I reached out. I then received two packages instead of one. Nowhere on your website did I see a clear statement that I needed to cancel the trial before it ended to avoid an automatic charge of $65.11 per order. Because I received two shipments, I was charged $213.46, with other orders they’ve sent that I didn’t order, which is completely unfair and misleading. If I didn’t stop my payment on my paypal they can still charged me a hundreds more as I got an email that they can’t send me the other 3 orders because my payment was declined! WTF??? 3 orders moreeeee! To make matters worse, these charges continued until I manually blocked auto-payments through PayPal. If I hadn’t done that, my account would have been charged repeatedly. This kind of deceptive practice feels like a scam, and I believe customers deserve transparency regarding your policies.
