Apr 03,2025I lost a lot of weight so far. It took me about a month to lose over 17 pounds. Yes I was overweight but it's always been hard to lose weight and this has really helped make it a lot easier. Plus I like the way it tastes, otherwise I probably wouldn't use it. All in all i am happy with the product and my results.

Apr 03,202521 pounds down!!! I can hardly believe it to be honest. My stomach is flatter and I'm feeling more comfortable in bathing suits. I use a few of their products and they have both really helped me with my weight loss.

Apr 03,2025I didn't love the first flavor I ordered so I called and they switched me to another flavor no problem. I like this new one a lot and will stick with it. My favorite thing is that I'm actually starting to notice some changes. Like my skin is not as saggy and my hair and nails are super long, I don;t really get manicures anymore because now they look really good. So I'm really happy with it so far.

Apr 03,2025After placing my “sample order” I immediately cancelled it because they added a ton of things I didn’t want. They lied and told me they had already shipped so I couldn’t get my money back (literally 3 minutes after I placed the order) but they’d cancel future shipments, well they’ve continued taking money out of my acct and I’m not receiving any items. Calls and e-mails are not returned. They owe me $409.10 and when I sent a demand for payment they took out another $409.10!!! They now me, $818.20 which I as a disabled senior citizen really need! On top of this the product does not work! Gained 2lbs while I was using it. I have filed complaint with both pay pal and the bbb but don’t trust this company!!!!

Apr 03,2025This is my FAVORITE collagen!!!! I love all the flavors, they have a ton of variety which really helps me stay on track. But most importantly, my skin is looking really good, even my husband and kids have noticed a difference! I even lost some weight on it, which I wasn't even expecting because I'm most taking it for anti aging, so a huge win-win!! I feel really good and healthy and will keep using it, I know I''m going to look even better after a few months!!!

Apr 02,2025Okay this needs to be said: to the reviewers who are claiming to have been "mislead", that is on you. not the company. They clearly state what their "try before you buy program" entails, if you didn't read it all, that's on you. Obviuosly no company can give away product for free, so it's weird that you would think that–they are giving you 21 days to try the product, which is very resonable, and if you don't like it, just send it back and they'll refund you. This is a common business practice, I'm not sure why people are so confused by it, but it makes me mad to see people giving this company so much grief for allowing customers to try it before they buy it. If you can't afford it and are only doing the free trial, that is wrong, and that is on you, not the compnay. As for me, I really like the product so far. I did opt in to try it before buying it, and so far I'm really liking the flavor (strawberry watermelon). It's still too early to see results, but I am definately going to keep it and use if for at least 3 months.

Apr 01,2025Skinnyfit keeps charging my account and isn't answering any of my messages, when I try to call the number it auto hangs up, I did not sign up for the subscription, I asked them multiple times to quit trying to bill my account, the product isn't worth it and doesn't seem to help with anything, I was over charged on the original "sample" shipment plus a $99 hold was put on my account for two weeks. The company is very scammy, definitely do not recommend and I'd give zero stars if I could. Editing so they can maybe see because it won't let me reply to them. Please don't give me an auto generated response Skinnyfit, if you were sorry you'd answer one of the many emails I've sent since the middle of last week, don't worry I'm disputing it with my bank and changing my card so you can't charge me anymore, I wasn't talking about the $99 charge anymore, I was talking about the next charge after that you charged my account when I did NOT sign up for a subscription. Maybe work on your customer service and less on disputing reviews and you'll be better.

Mar 29,2025I bought something for $5 from their website, and then before I bought it added 5 more items into the cart. They charged me for all of them and then wouldn’t let me return them. They also signed me up for an unwanted subscription. They then were a pain to cancel with. Save yourselves the headache and shop somewhere else.

Mar 28,2025Company placed charges on my account and refused a refund. They were extremely rude and difficult to work with and would not cancel no matter what. Scammed me out of $100. Intentionally charged me, and stated that I had started a subscription which I did not.

Mar 27,2025Their advertising is deceptive and so is their website..It makes you think you're checking your cart out with one thing..Then it has a tricky situation continue to check out button so u hit that only to have added 7 more things in your cart..Oh boy👀🙄.Then I call them and they tell me they can't stop my order not even 5 minutes after calling .That I have to have every item shipped to me then ship it back..OMG...I hope I'm not charged to ship this back! This is ridiculous..It says free product just pay S AND H ..OK no big deal then that tricks u into being roped into auto ship. Once you're on their website the website is very deceptive the way it makes you think you're checking out one item..Trying to get out of there and end up with 7 checked out items Well over $200 I'm charged and can't stop THE SHIPMENT!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company have a better out lay for their website..However I believe it's built that way 4 a reason!!! I'm very UPSET I will never do buisness with this company..That's how they get ya! Free product with $5.95 shipping and handling.Now instead I have over 200 dollars worth of an Oops headed this way!! Yes they could of canceled my order...Please don't let me find out I have to pay to ship it back!! EDIT...IM reading all these comments and it looks like this company is good at screwing people intentionally..This is by design some people aren't getting their money returned!!! Mar 27,2025If I could give 0 stars I would. I've talked to 2 different representatives that assured me my subscription was cancelled. I even got an email saying it was, but then more of the product showed up in the mail today. I've talked to two more reps today and both calls have disconnected. I finally just called back and left a message asking them to call me back and they did, but when I tried to answer it disconnected again.. At this point I feel like they're doing it on purpose, cause I've made other phone calls to see if it was because of something on my end and it's not. They must really not want me to cancel my subscription, cause this is ridiculous! It shouldn't be this difficult..

They charged my account even though I canceled my subscription with them and double checked with them multiple times. I am very unhappy with their customer service and extremely disappointed.

Mar 26,2025I ordered one item (or so I thought). Their system is set up to order different things on different check out pages, and even though I didn’t choose the items, it processed them to the tune of $200! I called immediately and was assured that they would send return labels, and I can return them. I’m not holding my breath! Unfortunately, I paid through ApplePay so I’ll probably lose the entire amount. I’m livid! I don’t understand why they couldn’t just cancel the order. I’m pretty sure they weren’t packing my order 15 minutes after I received the email! Ugh!! Avoid them at all costs!

Mar 25,2025This company is absolutely a nightmare! I accidentally ordered three products totaling $140 and it was like pulling teeth to get anyone to respond to me for a return label. I sent the product back immediately after finally getting one. The tracking on the shipping label confirmed that they received it a month ago, and I’ve still yet to receive my refund!! Currently in battle with them now on PayPal.. I’m so glad it didn’t get taken through my actual bank card or I'd probably never see that money again! Please do not buy from them. Their whole process every step of the way is absolutely atrocious!

Apr 03,2025I have seen amazing results from their collagen, so much so that I recommended it to a lot of my friends and family, they really like it too. It's hard to find a collagen that tastes good (if you know anything about collagen you know that it has a naturally "earthy" taste), but with skinnyfit I can't even tell it's collagen, that's how good it is. It really just tastes like Im drinking a tropical juice or something. My hair and nails are super long now and I don't really have any breakage anymore. My skin is starting to look a lot better, it was looking rough before but I feel I have a new "glow" if you will. So far im really happy and will keep using it!
