Mar 23,2025Ordered the Detox tea thinking it might help with bloating issues. Been drinking it every other afternoon for about a month and have definitely noticed less discomfort after meals. The flavor is pleasant enough to drink without adding anything, which is a huge plus.

Mar 23,2025DO NOT PURCHASE OR EVEN ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE FROM SKINNY FIT! I wanted to try the products I saw on a Facebook ad, next thing I knew, I'd been charged over $138 on my credit card and tons of crap in the mail. I canceled all subscriptions and returned the products within the 30-day window that was stated. Supposedly, one of the products had a 21-day return period. This was not stated anywhere. Now I have no products and am out the $65 because they claim it was outside of the 30-day window I was told. THESE PEOPLE ARE GRADE A SCAMMERS!!! RUN FAST DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS

Never received it- they still insist I have to pay for it because “they aren’t responsible for my not getting it” - I refuse to pay for a product that I never received! I highly recommend NOT buying! They do not care about their customers!

Mar 20,2025I ordered from an email that I thought was from the company. I ordered the trial only but it kept adding things to my cart and I was charged 3 times: $49.95, $53.57, and $6.38. When I go to the website, it says I have no account. I've gotten emails to 'track' my order but there is nothing. My bank will reverse these charges but I was waiting another day to see if something actually shows up or if the company website recognizes me. I'm so frustrated with this. I wanted to try this product as I do use other collagen based products. I should have just ordered off of Amazon I guess. As of now, I'm out over a hundred dollars and all I wanted to do was try it.

Mar 25,2025UPDATE: After they responded to my review here pretending to want to “make things better”, I just saw on my card had 5 other new attempts today to charge. I have screenshots to prove it. Best believe I will be reporting them to Better Business Bureau. But it looks like 239 other complaints have already beat me to it lool This company has bogus tactics! They have this Try Before You Buy promo, and they make it seem like you only had to pay for shipping but apparently, after 21 days, they charge you for it. It’s not a straightforward “try it, only pay for shipping. Then if you love it, you’re welcome to buy more at full price” nope. Their tactic is VERY MISLEADING and it is meant to confuse you. I’m prefacing this by saying that like many others here in the reviews, I was under the impression that I literally only need to pay for shipping BECAUSE THAT’S WHAT THEY ADVERTISED IT AS. So I was surprised to see an attempt in my card. I reached out to customer service to cancel any subscriptions (assuming they automatically signed me up for a subscription after my first order) and while their customer service responds within x hours, they are NOT understanding where the confusion of their customers are coming from. Instead of solving any confusions, they offered bogus alternatives: (1) a 25% lifetime subscription discount or (2) Cancel & Return product. I responded saying these options don’t apply to me because I had NOT reordered. And that’s when they responded with an explanation about the true promo which is I only get 21-days to try it out and if I don’t love it, I have to return it. I have been drinking the dang thing for 21 days. What do you want me to return, the packaging? First and foremost, if that’s the policy, that should have been clear on the website. IT WAS NOT. I have screenshots of how your sales page looks like and NOWHERE IS THAT DISCLAIMER THERE. Secondly, if that really is your promo, that is such a dumb promo. According to your FAQs, it’ll take at least 4 weeks for users to see results with consistent drinking, so why tf are you asking me to return the product prematurely? You’re saying you want me to not like the product?! It just does not make sense and this sales tactic is very dirty. I wanted to love your product. I was willing to purchase more for the next 2 months. But because of this horrible, confusing, misleading experience, I would much rather spend my money on a competitor cause I’m petty like that.
