Jan 08,2020Horrible experience. I wanted to cancel my ticket and it had to be done on the phone. It took forever to contact someone on the phone and when I finally did, they would hang up and I would have to restart the process over. What should have taken a few minutes took two weeks. The customer service representatives' level of English was subpar for their position which requires them to speak to customers. You have to pay for a partial refund if you decide to cancel your ticket. That part was the part that bothered me the least. The whole customer service experience was a nightmare.

Mike at the company did an amazing job helping get our schedule fixed when the airline made changes to our flights and messed up our layovers. Mike got it all straightened out and went above and beyond! Really really appreciated the work and I'm so excited for my upcoming travel.

Jan 09,2020I read the reviews on this site as well as researched third party ticket purchases. I was a bit wary. The process worked great for me. As a customer in the U.S. using my own credit card, I had no issue and seemingly avoided the issues other reviewers had. I had to reschedule my return flight and though understandably more expensive, it was handled in a timely and satisfactory manner.
