My hair feels and looks AMAZING! She took her time and really examined my hair and showed me where I had some damage. She really took her time to massage my scalp during my wash and took her time straightening my hair. Honestly an amazing experience and my hair looks exactly like the picture I showed her.

Bad experience after the tickets were booked. Showed an option to get travel insurance on their official website in CAD. When transaction went through, money was deducted in USD. Called customer care to inquire about why I’ve been charged USD when the price is mentioned in CAD. The supervisor gave me some bs explanation that insurance company is US based so your CAD was converted to USD. I asked them to mention the actual price in USD if it’s gonna get converted to CAD later. He said no it’s all fine and you are not able to understand lol. Please confirm the prices before you buy. Supervisor asked me to read terms and conditions as it states (he said), that your CAD amount will be converted to USD. I told him I already read it and it didn’t mention a word about it. And then, he’s like ohh!! I will go through it but we cannot really help you with this. So, the supervisor doesn’t even know their terms and conditions. So funny!! Bottom line, you’re on your own after you get buy a ticket. No help!

This service was great. I got my plane ticket to Italy cheaper than booking with the airlines. They called me right away to confirm my name. I had no issues with my ticket, checking in, getting seats. Everything went smoothly and I am so glad I saved some money.

They gave me wrong information when I called in advance about the cancellation policy. Because they ended up charging me for so much just because I wanted to cancel my fly. They should be more clear on their website about the cancellation policy.
