Despite i was highly recommended to purchase an upgrade to receive free of charge modifications to my tickets I found myself unable to do so. That was on my Christmas vacation and not being able to change the ticket messed up all my plans resulting in a big economic loss. People behind the phone are only partially prepared and I found myself calling more than 4 times in the same day to finally get an answer. Even thought at the end of the day the company delivered what I purchased it failed to explain in a decent way what the extra fee I paid for was and was not at the time of purchase, I could have not just avoided that but I would have possibly bought my tickets somewhere else (which is what I'm gonna do next time). Unfortunately some companies believe that making a few extra bucks here and there today is better that build trust with returning customers, without realizing that negative comments are all people look forward.

I booked my ticket to Italy close to Christmas and I found a great deal regarding price and flight leanght. I realized that one flight (from Boston to New York) was not available and after one hour from the payment, I got a call from the customer success team that helped me through the process to select a different option. Great service!!! Excellent value.

They have different fares of customer has to change flight, would be better of buy directly from the airline website instead of agents or online apps, they will charge exchange fee + will tells they have different fare for first time buyers and different for ticket exchange. So whats the meaning of fare difference + cancellation fee. In our case the ticket we want to exchange was almost $100 cheaper on there website and same on Air Canada website, there exchange fee was $325, they quoted me tp pay $578 dollar. Air canada charges $200 for exchange, but we once bought from these sites, have no choice to exchange ticket directly, we have to pay these brokers extra. Lesson learned that there is no transparency of fares, or hidden charges

STAY AWAY!! Worst experience I’ve ever had. Spelt my name wrong!!! David?Spey Davd And for weeks proceeded to tell me it wouldn’t be an issue until I took time out of my day and went to the airport to confirm that they are all liars. Thee worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It was their fault but yet I had To pay again and had to wait up to 10 business days for a refund. What a joke! Run and run fast away from these crooks! Also wanted to change my flight called 4 times and nobody got back to me as promised EVERY time. Ended up booking new flights just so I didnt have to deal with them. STAY AWAY!!

I was really hesitant to book because I read a few unsettling reviews. I booked because of the excellent price and had a great experience. Flights were confirmed with seats within hours of booking, luggage was included on all my flights which was a plus! Seamless smooth process!
