Jan 15,2020I won't use this process again...it was very messy with other agencies involved in the booking/sale that I didn't even know about with the information provided online. This is okay if it all goes well but if you have to contact someone and get help it's an ugly and stressful process. Next time I will book directly with the airline offering the flight service. * ADDITIONAL NOTE DUE TO REPLY BELOW...yes the tickets were refunded in a timely manner but the process to get to that was confusing, stressful and downright ugly...at times I didn't even know if I was dealing with a legitimate company or if perhaps I was at further risk (potential scam) in discussing private matters with those I eventually got through to. I recommend booking directly with the airline itself unless you are absolutely sure you will not need to contact anyone in the event of a personal emergency or for any other reason.

Jan 14,2020I received what I had ordered. For the same price quoted online, even though it was about 10% cheaper than what every other air ticketing company was charging, including the airline direct. So I was skeptical because I have experience of bait and switch pricing, and have had to go through the hassle and cost of waiting for a credit card refund, with no refund on the foreign exchange rate that was charged by my credit card. But that was not the case for Skybooker (a.k.a. Farestore.com). The only reason why I didn't give it a full five stars is because it took about 2:30 hours to issue and confirm the air ticket. However it does say in the fine print that your booking and pricing is only confirmed within 24 hours.
