Sep 03,2016They had to change my flight hours after I paid for it due to "technical difficulties." It should not have been an option in the first place if this was going to be the case. It was frustrating to find a new tenant that worked with my schedule.

Sep 02,2016First, Skybooker listed the lowest price I could find on a particular one way ticket with a particular carrier. They were about 10% cheaper than others, and came in WAY under the carrier's own website. Having said that, it did take roughly 36 hours (overnight Friday morning to Saturday afternoon) to finally get the e-ticket number and confirmation that it was ticketed along with all the PNRs on their website. This was somewhat understandable because a one-way ticket requires an additional security review from them. There was also an issue where I got an email confirmation, but their webpage showed it was cancelled (they updated to a new PNR). However, a quick email to admin@ led to a call AND an email from Carlos. I was impressed with his customer service and he was very quick to clear things up. All in all, I think it was a 4 star experience.

Aug 31,2016I ran through a lot of websites filled with old fares even when refreshing. Maybe just a ploy to get people to their website. Anyway, with Skybooker, the listings were up to date and I found the lowest fare for a last minute flight just four days away. Never once did I feel like it was another shady website. Definitely recommend Skybooker.

Aug 31,2016I was a bit leery of using this, to be honest, but after I was going to save $600 on an overseas flight, I took a chance. I didn't get immediate email confirmation which had me a bit worried so I called and was told I'd get confirmation once my payment cleared, and since I ordered ticket at 2 am Fri/Sat my bank wasn't open. I've since gotten that confirmation and am all set. I'll let you know how it goes once I complete my trip. So far, though, I'm impressed.

Aug 30,2016Buying a ticket for another person presented some challenges from a customer service perspective. After some struggles, I was able to obtain the desired tickets. I saved some $$ in the end using this company.

Aug 30,2016Dealing with Sky Booker was straight forward and quite easy, after completing the booking, several hours later I was contacted by Social Travel and told I owed an additional $23 per ticket, total $46. They said they were the parent company and Sky Booker was not aware of the additional AirPort charges. They also said I had booked the flight twice so they had cancelled the one flight. At this point I thought I was being scammed to I contacted my credit card company. When I finally got final confirmation of the flight it was from a third company. I think at this time everything is alright, but I would not use Sky Booker again. The initial contact with the sky booker website was less than satisfactory. It proved very difficult to complete the form in the time allotted (the session timed out twice before I was able to complete the form). This was how I ended up double booking as I assumed I had not completed the form, when actually I had although I did not receive a confirmation. In the I'm happy with the price of the tickets but not with the booking process. Sky Booker should have given me the correct price to begin with, and not ended up with a double booking.

Aug 29,2016Mostly good prices on a wide selection of airlines. Unfortunately most flights do not confirm a seat for you. This is one of my biggest pet peeves about bulk airline sites. At least the ticket I purchased for British Airways allowed me to go to their site and pay for a reserved seat. Would be nice if that had been an option.

I have been flying for years so i know a little about making reservations and this was by far one of the easiest websites to book a flight on. Not only that, but the website found the cheapest flight out there. Who could ask for more...? I have already recommanded this site to my friends...

Aug 22,2016I did get updates of minor departure times aka 4 minutes. However I was very concerned that my first name on the boarding pass was incorrect and skybooker refused to correct it. When I called, the rep said it would be OK. It was OK, but I did not need the extra stress. And my name is NOT Barbara Joseph Joseph as it says below or Barbaraims Joseph as it says on my boarding pass.

Aug 19,2016I searched for a ticket to Europe for days. I finally gave up and went ahead with a purchase thinking I am getting a good price, bc everywhere else was double the amount. Then all the sudden, Skybooker appeared on my screen showing a price that is few hundred dollars less. The transaction was easy, they didn't charge my CC till all was verified. They did ask me to provide a copy of CC and ID, which was easy, just an email back. I wish I knew about this site a few weeks ago, could have saved a few hundred dollars!

Aug 19,2016The telephone experience could be more professional, lots of noise lots of passing around the ball. And then you book and someone calls after a day just to say that sorry the flight you booked and paid for is no longer available? I can get it for you for 200$ extra!!!!!!!!!!!!

Aug 15,2016I had no trouble using the website to book the flight and purchase insurance, but I received two phone calls. The first caller was difficult to understand, But I understood I would receive an email in five minutes. The second caller, Rajan, was easy enough to understand and he explained that the ticket price had increased by twenty dollars, so they would have to send me an email to sign to accept the new fare, which I would get "in five minutes." I received it in about thirty minutes. I am it complaining about the wait, as I could read and sign on my phone, but it would be far better to give a more accurate time.

Aug 15,2016Had to call because one leg of my flight was canceled. While on the phone there was a lot of background noise, miscommunication, and a lack of interest from the people I talked to to fix the issue, so I decided to cancel. After canceling and told that my cc would not be billed I got a call two hours later again asking for confirmation on my cc. Both times when I told them I was canceling (per the guidelines) I was chided for my choice of doing so. Overall, (and I could very well be wrong) if felt like a small garage ticketing agency, and I was worried about a scam.

Sep 03,2016First time using Sky Booker and compared to other travel sites, I was very pleased with the ease of purchasing my flight from Atlanta to Manchester, UK. I got a very reasonable ticket to travel around Christmas and thought to make sure the price was real. So I called their CS to confirm my itinerary. In few seconds someone was on the line to confirm and walk me thru my itinerary. Sweet experience and I am happy for my impending trip.
