This is by far the worst service I have ever received in my life. I have been trying to use my flight credits for over 6 months now, they never follow through with my requests. I have called nearly 25 times and emailed about 30 times. They either hang up on me or never answer my emails. It is robbery.
There should be a option for ZERO stars. HORRIBLE service. No refund. No credit. STOLE our money and won’t give it back. They should be ashamed to ever call themselves a business.
booked flights Jan 2020 for Sep 2020, pandemic cancellations. supposedly offered voucher early on or refund after no flights ever rescheduled. requested refund numerous times. rcvd emails confirming refund but never received credit refund.
There is literally no communication. I had to cancel a flight back in September due to the pandemic and my option were a partial refund or to save the value of the ticket for future use. I chose the partial refund and have not received any updates since. I have tried emailing them again at least 8 times with no answers. This is so ridiculous.
I purchased tickets (USD 3,575) in 2020 that were canceled because of the pandemic. I was offered vouchers of same value or cash refund of USD 2212. I requested a cash refund on Sept 1st 2021 and have not received yet. Emails do not get answered and phone calls result in same message that the cash refund has not been processed yet, the refund dept will be expedited, and money will be wired in 2-3 days, but nothing happens. I need the cash refund to happen now. Update: I received only a PARTIAL REFUND of USD 1486 i.e. about 67% of the agreed amount!!! Please complete the refund process so we can close this matter and never again do business with each other.
Terrible unscrupulous people. I had a flight canceled due to Covid and 9 months later I STILL haven't gotten my refund. I checked with the airline and they refunded the money to Skybooker in April. Bad folks!
I have sent them 37+ emails and even more phone calls regarding a refund or to rebook my flight that got cancelled due to COVID. I have now read the reviews and have found that this is how they treat all of their customers. I want a refund for my ticket. $1086.00. I have tried to working with them but have gotten nothing but the Runaround. Do they do this so people give up? I’m not giving up, I expect my money back…my full refund. I should get more back for all of the trouble and time I have wasted talking to them. I am disgusted as to how I have been treated. $1086.00 is owed to me. I am disgusted with the lies. The flights out of my current location are actually cheaper. That’s just Skybooker’s excuse to scam me out of more money. “Max” actually called me today, He actually left a message as I didn’t answer a phone number from Washington DC. evidently he’s still working on my “case”. We will see.

Is there a ZERO STAR? I booked via airfare Expert, but most of the later communication were with Skybooker (I assume its the same company) Long story short: my flight got canceled by the airline, and I NEVER got my refund. They keep telling me by email that it's because of the airline but it's been 11 MONTHS and many many people from AirFare Expert and Skybooker have the same issue. I will continue to write about these 2 companies. In case someone wants to answer my message, my booking number is NLNPC8, and if you are saying again that I was already reimbursed like you do for most of your response, back up that info with the banking transaction number since last time you could not do that - I have all banking proof that nothing was paid back to me.
I'm in the same boat as everyone else here. Still waiting for my refund for 2020 Air Canada flights to Europe that were cancelled due to covid. I call and email and all I'm told is that the refund is in process. I seriously doubt that. Yes, these guys are crooks. So sorry I chose to book flights through them.
My trip June 12, 2020 had to be cancelled due to my family member dying. Hussain and Charly Bliss at Skybooker requested and received the Death Certificate, it was forwarded on to the airlines. I was told once it was received, I'd be refunded my fare of $1172.52 "Max" (the Refund manager) tells me the airline is still holding the money, this goes on for months. I finally emailed Air Canada and Air France CEO, VP and Customer Service, they confirm the money was refunded to Skybooker on February 5, 2021. I copied "Max" on the email. He wasn't happy that I emailed them. He then insists, that the refund team will not process my refund until we "negotiate" an amount. He said I owe them for taxes and fees. I told him, Taxes and Fees CANNOT be held or charged for services that were never rendered, this is against the law, illegal and unethical. Nonetheless, "Max" would NOT proceed with the refund unless we negotiating an amount. Feeling pressured and sick of calling daily, I conceded to $1000.00. Max agreed, noted it on my file and said the $1000.00 refund would be applied to my AMEX card by end of the day. IT'S BEEN 14 MONTHS and I'm still waiting. I call monthly, weekly and daily. Hussain, Mike, Randy, Nathan, Isa, Kevin, John Smith and Rakesh tell me the refund is still in process...Max says he'll call the refund team and call me back in 2 hours, that NEVER happens. Now, when I call and ask for Max, I'm told, he just left 10 minutes ago, he's on the other line, every excuse in the book. These guys are crooks. They also have another business called AirFareExperts.com, they have business filed in Canada, Texas and Georgia. I have reported them by their full names to every agency. SHAME ON YOU Skybooker and Max, This is a death. BTW, Max says the refund department is available 6pm EST, Hussain said that's not true. I called tonight at 6:37pm EST and guess what, no one is in. These guys are total crooks. I booked $10,188 in flights with them. I had to cancel the flights due to COVID and they agreed to refund $8,055 (after fees & penalties) but after 5 months they have only refunded $5,816. They stall, make excuses & lie again and again and refuse to refund the remaining $2.239. Now they won't even notify CSA that my flights were indeed cancelled so I can transfer my flight insurance coverage until June 2022. STAY AWAY !!!!
One Month, to the day, of our bookings Air Canada cancelled all of our return flights. We immediately contacted Skybooker. We were then told that we could have a credit for the full amount of a cash refund -$500 ($250/ticket) for 'fees'. I then countered with the fact that their website did not call out what these 'fees' were and that their refund policy states that MOST flights are non refundable. It did not say THESE flights were nonrefundable. I, also, asked for a detailed receipt stating what the fees were, I have not received any. To make a long story-longer- we are STILL waiting on any refund, Air Canada has verified they have refunded the tickets to Skybooker. Skybooker is no longer answering emails or phones. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and FTC. From our research it appears that Skybooker.com & AirFare.com are one and the same and are franchises. At this point this has been turned over for Fraud to our financial institution.
SKYBOOKER/AIRFAREEXPERTS Scam company be aware they are total scam I booked ticket in March with Air Expert $862 flight was cancelled due to pandemic and i was promised full credit by this guy called Max I wonder if that is his real names. I was given full credit for future travel. I decide to travel again in July Max told me i have to buy another tickect with him so that he can credit the other money back. Online tickects were going for $900 and Max told me that he will only give me back money if i buy another tickect for $1100. Which ofcourse i did coz when you talk to him he sounds a very senoir trust worthy men. after a week of buying the tickect he now changed the story that he can only refund $700. I agreed to that and up to now i have never received the money he keeps telling me that my refund is in process. Skybooker/Airxpert is the same company just out there to scam your money. I am looking for anyone to assist me we fight agianst corrupt business like this one that is out here to scam people money. My PNR 3OPEB6. please email me joemmutahi @gmail.com. Now when i call i get hanged up as soon as i given them the PNR. My advice do not buy tickets with them pay other websites even if they are expensive and get peace of mind. This are just scam and anyone/lawyer we can work together to get the money back please email me back. I went through this website and booked a ticket to UK for ($919)in June. The flight got cancelled due to the pandemic. Skybooker emailed me saying they are going to refund me $716 in 14 business days. Its been 3 months and not a single penny has been returned. There is no email correspondence nor phone calls. This scam company preys on innocent people and exploits their desperate situations blatantly robbing them. Spare yourself the headache, pay the extra dollar and purchase tickets from the airlines. These people are the lowest scum.
I bought 4 tickets through skybooker.com for $6,022.60. The flight was cancelled due to the pandemic. In January of 2021, Air Canada refunded their portion ($3,499.08) but Skybooker did not refund their profit ($2,523.52). I contacted them several times (emails and calls) in the following months to ask for the rest of my money. They kept telling me that my refund was being processed and that I would have to wait a little longer. Finally, on July 7th, 2021 they admitted that they would not be refunding me the $2,523.52 for the cancelled flight because I bought discounted tickets and they were non-refundable. THE FLIGHTS WERE CANCELLED! By this logic, what is stopping them from selling tickets to flights that don't even exist? How do they get away with this? Don't give your money to these scammers. Pay the extra money and buy your tickets directly from the airline. PS - They also go by Farestore.com. Avoid them both
After one year they refunded me 1/3 the amount and I’m still trying to get my full refund from them even though I’m eligible for full refund. Their website should be shut down
This travel agency has been holding back my money, refusing to help me with rebooking and charging me extra for service fees. After having to rebook a flight due to Covid, trying to get back from Europe to Canada they refused to help and told me that my airline is responsible. The airline told me several times that it is the travel agency that is legally obligated to help. No word, no response. The travel agency does not deserve to be called a travel agency. It appears that they are deliberately trying to hold back money from their customers. I can only hope that karma will come their way sometime. Nobody should ever book with this company

I asked for a refund several times, always found resistance and avoidance. I have filed a complaint with the Dpt. Of Transportation and I know for a fact that Skybooker has actually received money back from Airlines. They are just keeping it. AVOID!
