Apr 27,2019Very efficient. Stuart arranged the dates and his team Turned up on the time. Danny and Nick were very helpful and happy to answer any questions and offer suggestions. Very neat and tidy. Would recommend them to anybody who wants to improve the look of their house and maintain their roof for a longer period.

Apr 24,2019As the other reviews we booked Smartshield to clean and treat the roof on our property which is very large with several slopes and dormers etc. The price quoted was very competitive and the team turned up and set to work almost without stopping and we had to persuade them to take a break. David & Peter worked very very hard all day and late into the evening and I have to say the results are stunning, just like new. We have fairly fragile rosemary clay tiles and they replaced a few cracked tiles and pointed the ridge and valleys all included in the price. We have to thank the whole team including Stuart at the head office for their excellent service and professionalism and we do not hesitate to give recommend them for roof cleaning. In fact we are considering some other work so we will be in contact again soon. Thank you Smartshield, well done ! Neil Lomax, Preston, Lancs.

Apr 13,2019My roof was covered in moss so I looked into roof cleaning on the internet. I left a brief message for Smartshield and was very quickly contacted by Stuart. We discussed options and agreed they could clean the roof. David and Peter arrived on time and realised our tiles weren't real slate and that pressure cleaning would take the colour off. They therefore painstakingly removed all the moss by hand, eventually finishing in the dark! I subsequently spoke to Stuart again and he offered to coat the roof at a very competitive price. The next time Danny and Nick came, again on time, and worked like trojans until the roof had been restored. The roof looks fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Smartshield.

Apr 09,2019Picked Smartshielduk as the reviews were good. Booked the job with the cheerful Stuart who explained exactly what was involved in the cleaning process, and gave me the fixed price. On the day, Peter and David arrived in their van just before 9.00am and got straight to work. By lunchtime they had removed the moss from the house and garage roofs leaving a horrible mess of moss and red water all round the house and over the ground floor windows. However, they set too and by early afternoon had cleaned it all, washing down the house sides and surroundings so thoroughly that no evidence of their labours was left. They also cleaned our neighbours sideway path. They even washed down the garden plants with a mist spray. Finally, they sprayed the roofs with an moss inhibitor which, according to Stuart, should prevent moss from forming again for around 4 years. Recommended.

Apr 09,2019I had never used Smartshield before, however the company has a good reputation, so we went ahead with them. The van and 2 guys turned up on time as agreed. They worked nonstop all day long for over 10 hours. The result is amazing. The roof has been restored to its original natural beauty. The handmade tiles are now pristine and my wife and I keep popping outside to look at how beautiful it now looks. The working guys (particularly Danny) were courteous and helpful and completely cleaned up all the mess that they made on the patio ares below. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Stuart from Smartshield. They provided an excellent service and did it as promised, for the price they quoted. I also recommend other people to have their roof cleaned because it really transforms the look of your property. Well done Smartshield, and thank you.

Apr 05,2019Lads had arrived late as they had travelled from London to North Wales. I had doubts that they would rush the job and I would be left disappointed. Far from it. The lads worked their socks off in very miserable conditions. Our roof is a 70 yr old clay tile near woodland which = moss. The roof looks fantastic and they cleared all the debris from the ground area. Very professional and courteous operatives. Stuart at HQ is very helpful answering any doubts I had. Highly recommended

Smartshield Roofing Uk Ltd provided an extremely professional service from start to finish. Such a messy job for Danny and his man but they were cheerful throughout and conscious of keeping our neighbouring properties clean, too. Everything was left spotless. Would not hesitate to recommend Stuart and his team!

Stuart and his staff were exceptionally friendly and the work carried out professional and to a very high standard. They left our property and neighbouring properties so clean and tidy you would not think any works had been carried out. I have absolutely know reservation in recommending them and will certainly be doing just that to friends and family.

Mar 13,2019Hi Everybody, just had Smartshield UK round to clean the roof of my bungalow of moss and other fungi that had established itself on the tiles making it look very sorry for itself, the two men turned up on time and were very hard working,the difference this has made to the look of the bungalow roof is amazing,looks like new,the workers were very professional and left the place in a very clean and safe state, would recommend this company to whoever requires this job doing.

Mar 03,2019Excellent work by the two highly professional men who came round. They worked their socks off and the result is extremely impressive. The amount of moss on the roof was ridiculous and there was a tricky conservatory to manoeuvre round, which they managed with a great deal of skill. Would highly recommend this company and the employees for any roof cleaning job.

Both David and Peter were exceptionally friendly, professional and completed the work in a timely manner, leaving our house, gutters and windows spotless. Feb 26,2019Really happy with the work carried out today by Smartshield. The level of moss on our property was excessive. I had seen the video in advance and was a bit cinicle as to what it may actually look like but I have been pleasantly surprised. The 2 guys worked very hard all day and even more impressively made a fantastic job of clearing up the inevitable mess that the removable of moss had created. No problem recommending this company.

Prompt response to our initial enquiry and follow up with Stuart, through to completion of work delivered by a top friendly team. David and Piter arrived onsite and ran through the booking, before commencing the cleaning works at our home. Within a few hours, the roof of our house, garage and porch were transformed. All our drainpipes and guttering were left like new. David and Piter were both professional and meticulous in ensuring the patio, paving and driveway were spotlessly clean before we checked out the finished result. Definitely the right choice if you want a high standard of work at a competitive price.

May 02,2019Having read all the previous reviews, all I can say is that I am glad we waited for Smartshield to carry out the task of cleaning our converted Farm-barn residence roof of Moss and Algae. Stuart and Lisa dealt with my request professionally and both Danny and Nick carried out their cleaning tasks also in a very professional manner.
