Oct 12,2024So far, my 2 Matter roller blinds have been pretty good. However, connection to Apple HomeKit through Matter hasn't been 100%. Every couple of days, one of the blinds loses its connection to HomeKit. If it didn't lose connection, then this would be a 5-star review. Installation and setup was very easy with the good documentation that ships with the blinds.

Oct 12,2024I purchase 3 SmartWings shades for my west facing windows. I was not confident ordering them on my own, so I called customer service and sent in some photos of my windows. I was given great advice for color and opacity. The blinds came 10 days sooner than expected. Install was as easy as promised. I highly recommend this company for their beautiful window treatments (we have gotten many compliments) and even more for their outstanding customer service. They are knowledgeable, kind and patient.

Oct 10,2024We ordered 1 motorized roller shade as a test run in my kids room (figured it would get the most abuse in there). It’s been installed for about a month and all is working beautifully. Measurements came out spot on, install was easy, materials are quality, and the look is sophisticated and clean. One thing I noticed is the fabric portion of the shade is not perfectly centered inside the valance box; It’s about 1/8” off to one side. Maybe this has to do with where the motor is?? My motor is on the right and the fabric roll is shifted to the left 🤷🏼♀️. You can only tell when the shades are closed, and the glass portion of the window is still covered. If you’re super Type A, this might bother you. Overall, I’m thrilled and will be ordering more for the rest of the house soon!

Oct 09,2024Absolutely useless for smarthome. Not fully Thread compliant despite what their website says. Don’t buy these if you want smart shades. I bought and tested one shade and it worked well so I spent thousands to put them on one floor of my home. More than half didn’t work. After reaching out to support they said that they’re not actually fully Thread compliant and only work within 10-12’ of your router. Their solution was to install more Thread routers every 10 feet which is absolutely absurd. Without reliable smarthome functions these are overpriced. You can get better remote control operated shades for half the price.

Can’t talk to anyone. All numbers and chats just give me recordings. Order was over $1,000. Hopefully I didn’t get Scammed.

Oct 05,2024I found this a very easy process. You measure your window per your instructions, order and received them in a very timely manner. I was very thankful that I read all the reviews before ordering as one person said in the review to put the motors up first and the rest just fell into place. These shades are wonderful. I bought them for my elderly relative who is having problems with balance issues. Its peace of mind he won't have any possible tripping hazards in his way when closing the shades. Wonderful product
