Mar 06,2025We received our Smilepath kit very quickly in the mail, unfortunately the impression trays were too big. I made contact with through their online chat and spoke with Ele. They were very polite and immediately arranged for the correct size to be shipped out. No back and forth questions, just great prompt services. I highly recommend.

Feb 24,2025I was asked to write this review as they waited for me to send a screenshot. They also say it is for giving feedback on the call however, these reviews are used for the company (very shady). I flagged that my trays were too small beforehand. none of my impressions have my back molars in them. but I was told they were good.. the bottom tray was also too small pressing hard against my gums when doing the mold. they are very swollen and in a lot of pain now. I have no confidence in this company.

Mar 07,2025I was asked to write a review while in a video session with a consultant and then show them before I posted it… this does not make for genuine reviews. Customer support is very responsive, but unfortunately not at all useful. Smilepath makes everything more complicated than it needs to be and does not deliver satisfying results.
